Ordered an Italian Hero on a Sub roll with all the works!
Extra mayo both sides, Lettuce, tomato, onions, sliced butter pickles, oil and vinegar!
It was an excellent sandwich, beautifully built!
Service was quick, friendly and sandwich was reasonably priced with all the crap I requested!

The only thing keeping this place from being more than it is, is the scheduling. They stop serving breakfast at 10 am. And sometimes I get there late. Great breakfast place at that.

Okay found this place walking from the bus terminal daily and since I usually get in a little early I decided to stop and have breakfast one morning to kill time and not give my job extra time they ain’t paying me for.
So it’s a simple store front with seating and a relaxed diner type feel. They’ll bring your order to the table if you stay in. The staff is consistent courteous and pleasant. And it doesn’t hurt that they are reasonably priced.

I I come here every morning for my Taylor ham egg and cheese wrap. The place is clean and the coffee is always fresh.

It is a quick walk from Main Street/​the courthouse area.
All of their food is made fresh and is delicious. Service is fast and friendly. I also really love that they have different specials everyday.

Had a tuna sandwich for lunch and it was fresh and plentiful. Nice people as well and the place was busy for lunch. Sometimes you can tell a quality place from just one item you order off a menu! Definitely recommend

Just ordered a breaded chicken cutlet with motz for takeout lunch… They forgot to put my motz… Like c’mon. Sandwich is good though. Staff is friendly. Just really disappointed u guys forget my cheese.

I just had the best Taylor Ham Egg Cheese on a roll sandwich. It is a heart attack waiting to happen but it was delicious.

This is definitely the best lunch spot near the court house in Hackensack. The 10″ subs and hot subs are all amazing and huge. Much rather pay the extra $ 1 – 2 than crappy Subway $ 5 subs. Very nice people too. Only bad thing is I wish they were open later and on the weekends

If we’re talking about delis on Main. St. within walking distance of the Courthouse, then this gets a 5 star rating. But do not go expecting an Italian deli with super fresh deli meats and breads.
That said, I’ve generally been quite happy with their specials. Anything made on flat bread with avocado or their garlic mayo is especially good. You’re a lot more likely to be taking things off any sandwich then you would be to be hungry. You will have plenty to eat and there are a lot of options. There are a few tables, but I wouldn’t go with more than 2 other people.
One note about their salads: everyone in my office has noted that their lettuce always tastes weird, regardless of the dressing or the type of toppings.
They have very few side selections, but a couple of the soups I’ve had have been amazing! Particularly the chicken noodle, which is oddly creamy but filled with noodles, veggies and tiny chunks of chicken… completely delicious. The tomato basil with ravolini kicks serious ass. The cream of broccoli is also awesome.
Warnings: expensive. If you decide to get a sandwich (nothing fancy), small soup and a small drink, you’ll likely be charged around $ 10. You will leave smelling like you’ve been working in a grill all day, even when they leave the door open. Parking can also be a problem, although most people walk there from nearby offices.

This is the best lunch spot!
They have a great menu and different specials everyday. Everything is fresh. Never had something I didn’t like. Huge portions and very affordable!
