I came here with my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday. After one of my family members found out about this place, we decided to check it out. This is an amazing place to eat seafood! I had the fried tilapia w/fries and it was delicious! The rest of my family had shrimp that was served in a bag, so they provided us plastic aprons for us to wear while we ate. The garlic bread, corn on the cob, and cajun fries were delicious as well. In the end, my family had a great time eating here. This is definitely a place worth having lunch or dinner at!

The food is decent and the wait staff is nice. But all of the gang tagging on the walls and filthy bathrooms are a turnoff.

I love it here. Never had a disappointed experience. Everything so far is good mostly shrimp and mussels. Fried or in the bag you can’t go wrong especially if you add sausage or potatoes to your bag. I’m not fond of the spicy ketchup but that’s me, everyone else I’ve gone with loves it. Also contrary to what other hater Unilocalers have reviewed this is legit Cajun and better that Boiling Crab. Nothing against BC, its just this place is better.

The business was busy and had full tables. Because they were slow on the order they offered me a free meal. Wow what customer service. The food was delicious as usual and i will be coming back for more. The workers are really polite and they work really hard

Although the prices have been going up, this is still by far my favorite Cajun seafood place. There’s never a long line like boiling crab. But I honestly think that it is way better than boiling crab !

Very disappointed I eat here all the time. I love the taste of there seasoning. That’s the only reason I keep coming back. Oh and there’s no wait o be seated, like there competition(I wonder why??) the shrimp is low quality and they cook it till its dry dry dry! When you bring it to there attention they ignore it as long as possible. Then say sorry but other people that eat here like it that way! Every time I come in I hope for the best and it’s always hit and miss. I guess it’s time to find a new spot

Good spot for your Cajun fix. They peel shrimp for 2 bucks more. Not really a 5 star spot but has been consistent for 4.

This place was good when it first opened but now it sucks. The flavor is light and last few times the shrimps are mushy. Not really worth it.

Went with my family and left without a single disappointment. I loved how hot they served the shrimp. I can taste and feel the freshness through their crunchiness. Btw the spicy ketchup though the workers were wonderful. I loved the atmosphere and the food! Definitely recommend! Will definitely come back!

Dang what the Crab is going on. This place is delicious. They cook the shrimp to the perfect temperature where flavor and texture meet in zen-like harmony. The lack of line is an added bonus. Unlike boiling crab, this restaurant has personality. You can interact and build a special a connection with the food and the waiters. Other knockoffs are white noise with a bag of sauced shrimp. This is the restaurant experience you won’t find anywhere else. I recommend the Shrimp with everything on it matched with pitcher of Blue Moon or Modelos. It’s a flavor combination few poets can come up with.

Been here few times and they never let me down! I like both boiling crab and Oh! crab. They have different flavors. I feel like Oh! Crab put more garlic and butter compare to boiling crab. The cajun fries are the bomb! Perfect pairing with their COLD spicy ketchup. The price for the crawfishes, clams, and calamaris are set which is nice. I like to get the clams or crawfishes. The shrimp and other crabs are market price. They provide scissors and seafood cracker. It is very convenient! The place has plenty of seatings, so you don’t have to worry about waiting in line like boiling crab. They have TVs too playing sports channel. Their service is great! Overall, I love this place as much as boiling crab. They have different flavors and the price is around the same. Definitely going back soon!

We’ve been coming here for the last three years. Enjoyed the food and the service is good. You don’t have to wait long and believe it or not… no charge for water drinks but you have to ask for it considering CA drought problem. Good for family gathering!

WARNING! THISPLACEISNOTCAJUN!!! It’s some weird hybrid Italian seafood boil. There is absolutely nothing Cajun about the sauce. It distinctly reminded me of Prego Spaghetti sauce. I’m almost positive I tasted parmesan in it! I really felt like I should have some pasta to go with it or something. I’m also going to have to concur with everyone that said they didn’t get any meat with their clams. More than half of the 1lb bag we ordered was just shells with nothing in them… The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of one is that their fried food isn’t terrible. It’s has a cornmeal batter that is pretty decent and it actually liked the fried shrimp. The French fries were just eh. The staff was nice at least and service was good. Other than that I can’t recommend anyone eating here.

5 stars for service and 5 stars for it being way less packed than Boiling Crab! Love this place! The sauce is definitely different than the ever so popular Boiling Crab. It is much thicker and grainier. But it is very good! I also like this place because they carry stuff that Boiling Crab doesn’t. For instance, garlic bread. It goes so great dipped in the sauce! I can’t believe I ever went without it! Definitely a great add on. Also, they have a deal where you can get a free basket of cajun fries just for following them on Instagram! So yeah, do that. They have a good selection of beers, too. I really like this place and it has become my go to when I am craving shrimp. The décor is great, the servers are great, food is great. I refuse to go wait for an hour or more at Boiling Crab anymore. No thanks, I’ll take Oh! Crab :)

I love this place… They are always fast to bring everything out. They are very attentive. It is very rare to wait to get seated. It’s clean! I love their fries, shrimp, muscles and crab legs!!! Sometimes I order to pick up and they have never messed up on my order! They pack at such way that it never gets messy!

I love me some seafood — if you do, too, then you need to check this place out. Forget the«…but is it better than Boiling Crab?» nonsense, this place is legit. It’s bomb cajun seafood at decent prices. I love me some scrimps and crab legs and I left this place with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Even the calamari, which could’ve been less than stellar(‘cuz let’s face it, it’s not really the star of the show) was also good eats. No long-ass waits. No overpowering smell of seafood, garlic, etc. No bull. This place is the business and I will be back.

When I passed by this place today I told my boyfriend we had to try it because I love Cajun seafood! When we arrived it wasn’t too many people, I figured it’s because it’s a weekday. The customer service was ok there weren’t enough servers in my opinion even though there weren’t too many of us. As for the food I really enjoyed the clams and the shrimp, but the crawfish wasn’t too fresh. I’ll def be going back for the shrimp and clams!

Okay for food, I give it 5 stars. It’s pretty much the exact same thing as Boiling Crab but not nearly as crowded. The missing star is for the service. You would think with how empty it usually is, that they would be more helpful servers. They usually forget stuff and almost never come back for refills. Almost every time I’ve gone, I’ve had to flag them down. Other than that, great food and fun environment.

Love coming to this place– you can’t go wrong with a bag of shrimp with all the spices and flavors! The quality of the shrimp is better than the other similar restaurants-the sausage and corn add to flavor in the bag! The beer is a good deal and compliment the shrimp nicely! Ive tried the fish basket before, tender and flaky!

So my wife likes to go on food kicks. She likes something and we are there hald dozen times in a couple of weeks. Right now its the O Crab, specifically the clams in the original mild sauce. I love the place and its great to see that it is doing very well because we had to wait about 25 minutes on Friday night; and that was a first. The food is fantastic and the service is great too. Bunch of young hard working college kids every time we go. The only problem with going to O Crab consistently is the fact that there are no greens: OK the fired green beans dont count. Do they have salads? I didnt even think to check. BUTMAN, are those clams good. Of course you have to get an order of bread to soak up that delicious sauce. Ah hell, I can get a salad at home!!! Enjoy
