Great, quick and inexpensive service! My roommate locked us out of our apartment and we looked up a locksmith… We saw that master lock & key had 5 stars so we had to give them a call. The owner Mike was there in a jiffy even though we weren’t so local (and on a Saturday) he got us in our apartment quicker than we locked ourselves out. I’ve also used him to make me duplicate car keys! He does same day service & delivers… Thanks again!

Excellent customer service! Mike from Master Lock and Key was great about asking the right questions to help me get what I needed. He has great pricing and is incredibly dependable! As previously mentioned, he makes his customers feel like they matter, which is actually hard to find these days and is really important, especially during stressful situations when you get locked out of your car! He has all the right equipment and makes the process as painless/​stress-​free as possible. From now, I won’t be going to anyone else to make spare keys! Highly recommended!

Professional, experienced, and competitive with pricing.
Mike of Master Lock and Key was very knowledgeable and kind, and seemed to actually care about me as a customer when making my Lexus IS 350 fob key. After pricing a few different locksmiths, he was the best priced and he came to my location with no extra charge! He was super quick and efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
I finally found a trustworthy locksmith, and will definitely use him again in the future.
