I decided to give this Hair salon a try. Men’s haircut = $ 8. Fan for life!
There are 2 ladies who work here so I can imagine the line being long. Parking is small and is shared with other businesses so you might end up parking on the street. If you don’t speak any Chinese then either come here with a friend or you’re SOL. The quality of the haircut (at least for mine) was very superior for a fraction of a cost at other places.

When they wash your hair, it’s like being in heaven! It’s so relaxing. They also cut my hair so stylish and exactly how I wanted! This place is for people of all ages. The prices are way lower than I expected too

This is my first time here. For $ 8 men’s hair cut, it’s better than Super Cut, the assistant cut my hair, but I was pleasantly surprise, better than I expected. Will be going back.

I’m gonna keep this short, I rather have the boss cut my hair, she cuts exactly the way you tell her to! BUT this time it crossed my line because this time when I came in there was the assistant… DON’T EVER LET THE ASSISTANT CUT YOUR HAIR!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! She cut HALF OF MY BANGS OFF LITERALLY AND SAID it’s not her fault. and she cut my hair very uneven and very horribly that the boss had to come over and fix it! I’d rather have the boss cut my hair than the assistant. She took an HOUR AND A HALF TO CUT MY HAIR when the BOSS cuts literally 10 – 20 min max.

I come here for my hair treatment only. I have yet let them cut my hair. The owner uses all of the conditioner on my hair which makes me feel, she is not wasting the conditioner and making sure I get as much as I can onto my hair. The ladies there are friendly. You can tell who has experience and who does not. One of the hair stylists there does not seem to know how to blow dry hair correctly. But the owner would take the time to teach her. Overall, I will continue going there for my hair treatment. It has made a difference in my hair. Be warned, they do not have many staff; they only have two ladies working there at times. Be prepared for the wait sometimes. They always do their best to serve everyone.

This place is literally minutes from my house. I used to be an idiot and drive all the way to Super Cuts and pay $ 20 a hair cut but now ever since I found this little salon I have been coming here since.
Be warned though, since this place is Chinese owned, they speak very little English here.
There are usually only two people working here, the owner and a helper. It can be busy at times since there are a lot of older women who come here to get their hair done. The best bet I found is to come really early or late.
A regular hair cut for men usually runs $ 7 and if you decide to wash your hair too then it will run another $ 5. For $ 12 it is a great deal and the owner really knows how to cut hair! Fast and efficient, until I find another place that has
I could easily recommend any of my friends to try this place out.

The services were ok. The store takes walk in customers, and you usually need to wait at least half hour. The price is unbeatable. I had a bad cut last time, and got it for free.

I got my haircut for 15. I think they raised their prices. But honestly it’s close to home and other places I normally go to charge like 30 for a cut. So I don’t mind. I only wanted to get my split ends out anyways.
Parking lot is small so beware. Luckily it’s hear residential so if anything I’d say just park near a house and walk right on over.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning Febr 5, 2012, I woke up at 8.30am-ish and saw my hair look like a bird nest while i brushed my teeth, I was like «darn it… I won’t let this hair ruin my Sunday!» so… I Unilocaled right away to find a closest hair salon as possible from my place that open early then found this place. I was like «$ 7 for hair cut ??? what ?? hmm alright, whatever I’ll give it a shot!». I got there at 9.20am…boy it’s full house, I had to wait until 9.45 to get my hair cut. Look, it’s $ 7 i can’t really expect much, let’s just say Great Clips /​Super Cuts did a better job. My front hair is much shorter than the back /​top area, i look like a chicken who just had a bad dream on sunday morning. darn it, wish i can wear hat to work !! LOL
O well, i got what i pay for. Will i come back ?? Sure, for summer cut, which mean just shave all the way :) no more hair style cut from this place unless another lady do the cut.

Quick, courteous, competent, and affordable! They speak enough English to know how you want your hair cut. Opens at 9 a.m. on Saturdays, or earlier if you ask them ahead of time. $ 7 basic men’s cut, and $ 10 and up for women! Parking can be a challenge, especially since the majority of spaces are designated type parking, but there’s ample parking around the corner. The convenience mart next door offers free wifi w/​a passcode too, which is nice while I’m waiting and shopping.

we went to places in our area to see where my hubby could get a hair cut. don’t know why places charge $ 30 or $ 35 for a simple men’s haircut.
we found this salon. men’s haircut is $ 7 — $ 10. yay! see, i know where to go in monterey park for a $ 5 haircut but not here. now i do!
lady who cut my hubby’s hair was nice. the price is great. what’s even better is that we can actually walk to this salon since it’s sooo close to home.
