Pat’s Pizza

This place exceeded my expectations! I ordered the roasted vegetable pizza and Greek salad for delivery. The crust was perfect and the vegetables were so incredibly delicious with a balsamic drizzled over top. Definitely calling these guys again.

Food was good the 2x my job ordered delivery. Bi had a chicken salad and then a cheesesteak. Both were really good and I would definitely order from them again.

I have been going to Pats Pizza 3.5 years now. I always order fettuccine Alfredo with bacon sometimes I add chicken. Just tried to order fettuccine Alfredo with bacon was refused. They have bacon on pizza, they have bacon on everything else but refused to make a side order of bacon on the fettuccine Alfredo. Manager was extremely rude! Chicken shrimp or sausage only? People there obviously don’t care about their customers. It was just un pleasurable experience altogether. I highly doubt I’ll ever go back it’s crap because it was one neighborhood spot that I could get some good food that I like and now they refused to make it. They say its a new owner. I say its crap. They say we have spaghetti with bacon in it. I say no thanks forget it and walk out for the last time. Save yourself the disappointment go to Kianis right next door. Much better service for a neighborhood regular. Pats has fallen very far. –5 stars if i could.

I wrote a comment and the mananger Razz E what ever hes name is just call me ignorant. Who trying to call me ignorant. When he is the manager trying to delete what people think. To let you know you cant changed that. To be a store manager you act like a worker ignorant. Where you came from? Really you going to call consumer ignorant. You in the wrong place honey.

Good pizza definitely a good change from Pappa Johns/​Pizza hut

The pizza is pretty good and the pasta is good as well. Better than Papa John’s and others around the area in my opinion. Delivery is about average wait time. My only complaint is that whenever I order cheesecake they place it right on top of the hot pizza and it is basically a puddle when it arrives. Other than that, the place is pretty good!

Ordered for the first time last week, we didn’t have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. Ordered a medium cheese pizza (came with a can of soda), and ordered a chicken cheese steak (came with fries and a can of soda). The pizza was fresh, had good flavor. The cheesesteak was the star of the show, especially the bun. Super fresh, ton of flavor, will be ordering again and again.

Came from Michigan to visit a friend & stopped here for lunch and ordered the chicken finger dinner which was enough to feed two adults easily. Salad was fresh. fingers were fried to perfection and so were the fries. Phenomenal service as well. I’ll be coming back!

Great pizza spot! The service was quick and the food quality was good. Overall a great experience.

Love there Italian sausage sandwich. Some of the food is OK but deliver service is terrible food always comes cold. I only live around the corner and they still deliver cold food.

I went here for the first and last time ever. I walked in and almost tripped on the welcome mat. It was torn and had a loop that could have caused someone to trip. I mentioned this to the manager and he did not see this as a problem. I waited for him to remove the rug before someone got hurt. He was insulted because he had to do something. I went to the men’s room and the door is so warped you can not even lock the door. Anyone could have walked in. The place is dirty and light fixtures are broken. The place needs to be clean. Our food came out in waves. One person was finished their meal before all the meals came out. I contacted corporate hq about the situation and NO ONE responded. Also we found hair in our meals and no one had a hair net on their hair even some had hair half way down their back. Avoid this place like the plague.

The pizza is very good and definitely higher quality than what you find at Papa Johns or Pizza Hut or other large pizza chains. The ingredients are better for sure. But you also pay a bit more. The pizza wasn’t too greasy, which was nice. My only real complaint is that it showed up a bit lukewarm rather than hot, and that it was like pulling teeth for the driver to find my house (though that’s happened before with other delivery people, so my house is also the problem apparently.)
I also ordered the boneless mild wings, and those were good. A bit tough, but the flavor was nice.
Overall I’d say the pizza is very good, and I think if they’d delivered it hot I would have given this place a 4, easily. I’ll order from them again. If you live in the Gwynn Oak area, it’s probably best to order from Pat’s and NOT from Papa John’s, which is horrific and the staff is absolutely atrocious. Definitely the best delivery pizza in town.

I was pretty disappointed in the food after this place was recommended by a friend. Wings were decent, but our pizza was soft and doughy, and my husband likened it to the kind of pizza you’d get at a bowling alley birthday party. It wasn’t the absolute worst I’ve eaten, but we will definitely not be going back. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, but unfortunately they couldn’t make up for the lackluster pizza.

Over the weekend I was in the area visiting my rents who live in the delivery area of Pats, we usually order from Dominoes or Papa Johns so I decided it was time for a change. Ordered the special white pizza, size? square. you know cause they don’t cut corners (like ledos, which is gross btw) its a bit larger than an extra large. Delivery time was about 35 min (average) and the price was around $ 22 was which is why i awarded 4 stars. The pizza itself? probably the. best. I’ve. had. The feta cheese was fresh so was the broccoli and tomatoes, doh was soft yet not chewy or under cooked. Simply put, it was love at first bite, and everyone at the table agreed. Whenever I’m visiting my parents for lunch I know what I’m bringing to the table.

Menu was great so much to choose from. The dining area is pretty big and nice. The employees are good as well and really friendly

It’s so close by, I’ve ordered pizzas. But, I asked for delivery at 6pm and it came at 5. That was a problem because it wouldn’t be fresh for the people I ordered it for. When I spoke to the girl who I ordered it from, she said she was sure I said 5. I went in and spoke with the manager and he acted rather nasty and like I definitely said the earlier time. I did not and really resented that he behaved this way.
But it’s very close, so convenient. I might give it another try, in spite of the mistake and manager’s attitude.
By the way, we did get the pizzas later and they were good.

We typically would order Pizza from Papa Johns or Dominoes. However one Sunday (typically pizza day) i decided to switch things up and i remembered that Pats had a fairly new location that opened near my house. Called them up the person over the phone was polite… the delivery was quick. and the pizza was DELICIOUS. It is a bit on the expensive side but its worth the extra DOH (har har har)

I was kind of sad when Gardners went out of business so i gotta say I am biased. I was expecting a sit down place with waiters but this is a really nice sit it or take out joint. The inside is really well done and they spent a lot of money to make it look nice. They had a TV going which I hated, i cant stand having dinner with a TV blaring. The food was decent, and we enjoyed the pizza we got. I thought it was an Italian joint but they had wings. I wouldnt go out of my way to eat here, but it wanted a good carry out/​eat in place I would recommend.

Prices are affordable and food is great. The menu selection is quite extensive. You can stand there and take a while to decide what you will get. Lunch specials make it a good choice for lunch. Food includes made to order pizza, personal pizza, stromboli, wraps, sandwiches, subs, fries, wings, fountain drinks and Hershey’s ice-​cream. Dining-​in is a good option with plenty of seating.
I can definitely see myself coming back here again.
