I lived here between 2011 and 2014. When I first moved in the complex was quiet. Over time it basically became a tiny hood. People playing loud music and arguing outside at 2 a.m. the worst part is twords the end of 2012 my entire building became infested with bed bugs! The infestation was on going when I left in 2014. During this time I an my newborn were put out on the street several times in winter because they where spraying insecticides all over the building. At that time I had no car and no where else to stay. When I spoke to the complex manager about that she basically told me it’s not her problem and if I don’t have anywhere to go to just sit outside for 4 hours.
