The rustic interior of this quaint coffee shop is warm and welcoming. They play songs on their record player. You can be rest assured that you won’t be bored by the décor. But even with all they have inside, it all flows together. You can tell they put care, thought, and interest in their coffee. I am no coffee connoisseur, but I’ve been to a couple of different coffee shops! I’ve tried both their Ethiopian pour over and Americano and they were both fantastic. Their pour over was rich and delicious. I also had their blackberry crumble and you cannot go wrong with this desert. I don’t eat a lot of sweets. But I couldn’t stop eating this. The combination of Americano and the desert was. perfection. A great place to study. A great place to relax. You won’t regret checking this place out!

The BEST coffee. Nice, helpful staff that led us to the perfect drink for us. The patio is probably my favorite part of this eclectic, little hipster joint. Also, the prices are great for such quality coffee.

Good… I mean great Coffee. Hipster Atmosphere(Also known as warm and inviting :)). Creative Packaging. Locally owned. Kicka** patio. Delicious treats. Needless to say I was very surprised to stumble upon this place while working in Guthrie, OK If you are in town, it would be a shame to not take the time to swing by this place. Especially if you enjoy good coffee at all.

This is the coolest place to chill with someone. You get the real deal, roasted on site. Outdoor furniture is unique, log tables old metal chairs. Will return again!

I have found the perfect coffee shop. And of course, it’s all the way up in Guthrie. Figures. Seriously, though, Hoboken is worth the trip, especially if you need to caffeinate before a hardcore antiquing excursion. Some may argue it’s too«hipstery,» to which I say, «Deal with it.» Because if they make an excellent latte and provide friendly customer service, who cares if they meet the criteria of the pejorative du jour? The latte I had was so excellent, especially with the additional lavender flavoring. Lavender can be risky, because there’s a chance your beverage reminds you of soap or lotion; however, the amount of lavender flavoring used was precise and perfect. Easily one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. I definitely want to return and scoop a bag or two or their locally roasted beans for my grinder, because daaaamn, that coffee was good.

Very good coffee, they also have some good pastries and out door seating is great in spring and fall. Sometimes we forget it’s there because it’s tucked in a side street off of Division but the freshly brewed coffee is worth stopping in for on Friday or Saturday morning when there is more parking available.

We love this place. It is truly a first class coffee house experience for the most discerning coffee house connoisseurs. All drinks are freshly roasted in house creating an aromatic delight. Curated music and art complete the scene to please all of your senses. And the customer service is truly wonderful! It is a place where everyone knows your name.

Really good coffee. I had a macchiato — their espresso blend was super tasty — Yirgacheffe with a Brazilian base. The cranberry pumpkin seed biscotti I had to go with my coffee was chewy and delicious. In the«buy a bag to take home department,» they offered three different varietals to choose from — a naturally processed Ethiopian, a Guatemalan, and a washed processed coffee from Panama. Trey was there roasting, but made time to chat and get to know us a bit. Super nice guy. I’d highly recommend this place. Great vibe and excellent coffee in a cute town.

Finest coffee spot we’ve ever been in. Family atmosphere w/extra friendly service. Great coffee plus the best service. Outside raised deck offered too. Inside seating is very comfortable and still cozy. The best in the coffee serving breakfast industry in Guthrie, in my opinion.

This place is a hidden gem.(And by hidden I mean it’s behind another shop and can be overlooked) We drove about 50 minutes out of our way, and this place was worth every minute of the drive. Hands down, the best coffee in Oklahoma(maybe even the world???) They also have other drinks, such as hot chocolate, if you aren’t a coffee lover. I didn’t know the story behind the business and it’s owners before going but I did some reading afterwards, and it was inspiring. You can check it out on their website. However, if you stop by, I’m sure the friendly owners will share their story while you have the best coffee ever.

Coffee Snob Review: So my wife and I drove nearly 2 hours out of our way to try this up and coming Coffee shop in the heart of Guthrie Oklahoma. We did not leave with regrets. Upon arriving we noticed the simple rustic yet modern ambiance(those sound like opposites but it works well here). Walking up there is outdoor setting made of wood that would be excellent for small groups of friends relaxing on a nice evening. I would note that we did get lost looking for this location however the positive side to this is less traffic and more privacy. Inside you have some indie tunes playing(my wife loved that), coffee orders from customers posted on the wall as a display, and local students studying at the table near us. The baked goods were on display and looked lovely and homemade. The coffees to pick from are roasted in house and are cared for. The is a husband/wife team with extra help hired on. They are doing their best to turn out good coffee and they roast it themselves. My wife and I each grabbed a pour over of our own of the two coffees on display. The young lady that greeted us helped us with our selection and was knowledgeable about the profiles of each coffee. That is something you should expect however that is not what you always get. I am grateful to the owners and the staff for taking this part of their business serious. The coffees we sat and enjoyed had much to offer the palate. I have to be honest in that one of the coffees I did not care for nor did my wife, with that being said we do not usually enjoy that flavor profile so it was our palate and not theirs. The other coffee was great and had a terrific flavor of walnut and earth just as it had been described to us upon our selection of the roast. My experience was good and worth the drive out of the way. The atmosphere is fun and provides much to this growing area. I have enjoyed many coffees in my day and enjoy the product these fine folks are turning out. From one coffee lover to another, keep up the good work.

If you’re new to Hoboken(as I was until today), you may miss it(like I did). it’s behind an auto shop called Dr. Ding. In the picture, it’s coming from the North side; the shop is basically hidden with the entrance on the South side. That’s where you’ll want to turn in — right after the auto shop. Once you get there, everything should look familiar if you’re coffee shop kind of person. Though this is more of a specialty coffee shop.(I liken it to Blue Spruce in Stillwater). They specialize in roasting, beans, brewing, and the things that I usually don’t give the time to think through. It’s not all about being pretentious; the taste is different than your daily Folgers or Starbucks. Try it out if you haven’t before. Think of it as a dessert. It’s not just for caffeine; it’s for taste. Overall, this is great, though the location was an inconvenience(woe is me… ;)

There are moments in life that you never forget. The first time you fell in love. Your first kiss. Graduation day. The day you married«The One». The births of your children. The first sip of a pour over from Hoboken. It was amazing. «I have had I don’t know how many cups of coffee in my lifetime, but this, pardon me, is a damn fine cup of coffee.» — FBI Agent Dale Cooper. I think I wept a little. There are very few things in life worth excessive hyperbole, but this is it. I have only a handful of things I have experienced that I would consider to be benchmarks by which all others in that class are judged, but this is one of them. It was Friday. 04÷10÷15. At 10:11AM. Sometimes you just do not know how empty your soul was until someone filled it with a perfect cup.

This is a destination. This is somewhere you drive to get to no matter how long the drive(it’s kind of a long drive for me). The beans, the coffee, they are THAT good. As a self-professed coffee snob, I’ve never had a bad drink here. They are all perfection. Their non-coffee drinks are also all yummy. This place is legit. The people are legit. I always question myself if I should move to Guthrie just to be nearer to this coffee shop. I don’t know what I would find to do with myself in Guthrie except maybe just drink more of their coffee. Also, patio! They have a great patio, can’t wait for summer patio weather to come back!

Visited at 9:00 a.m. on July 4th holiday. This is hands down, the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had — I know, I know… it’s a coffee place and I got hot chocolate? Well, that’s how I roll. Anyway, back to the hot chocolate. The owner said they make their own chocolate syrup and use fresh Braum’s milk. As well, they take care to control the milk froth to have a great hearty texture. Mmmmm! My father-in-law had the mocha and said it was very smooth coffee. No bitter aftertaste. This place is a great find!

The best coffee place in the state!(If not more!) The environment here is wonderful. The service is quick and friendly. And they have the best mocha I’ve ever had! Please go support this wonderful business. Even if you don’t love close, the drive is worth it!

Quite the diamond in the rough. First and foremost the latte was great. Not overpowering and the milk was done right. The young couple who own the shop came across as good people serving up a solid cup of coffee. They took the time to chat with me and the wife and we swapped new parent stories while they prepped our drinks. Guthrie now has a proper coffee shop in Hoboken Coffee Roasters and I plan to go out of my way to stop by again.
