The loss of my 16 year old pup was extremely tough. Being from Chicago, I had no clue what to do. Fortunately, I came across All Paws Go to Heaven through a Unilocal search. Christine came out to pick up my little guy right away. She was so empathetic and understanding. I decided on the individual cremation and added a paw print. She returned everything back to me before I headed back to Chicago in what I could describe as almost being a gift bag.
The photo urn I chose is absolutely beautiful. The paw print was such a sentimental touch. She includes other things in the bag that truly let you know that she understand and cares.
The loss of my pup has obviously been tough, but I feel like my experience through Christine made things a little easier.
