This location has done nothing but cause me emotional distress and heartache since destroying my engagement ring not once but four times! I brought it in for a simple 6 month check. I wanted it cleaned, inspected and to have a stone replaced. When I picked it up it was sized 3 times its original size(so really stretched out). Not to mention it was the day before my bridal shower. They said it would be fixed so I dropped it off later that day and I went back the following morning(day of my shower) and they first couldn’t find it then when they did it was still deformed. It was oval shaped instead of round. Not to mention thinned out from sizing mistake. Therefore still didn’t fit correctly. I was told to keep it for my shower and instructed to bring it back to be fixed again after my shower. So I brought it back after the shower and was told that it would be rounded back to normal and that they would add gold to the shank to make it more sturdy where it was thinned out. When it was«ready» to be picked up this time my fiancé went to get it. When I got home and looked at it, it was 2 different colors. They rounded it but when they added the material they didn’t dip it to make it white gold. My engagement ring was two-toned. It looked like silver and bronze!!! Seriously? How could you say that that is acceptable to give to a customer!!! I reported this to corporate/customer care and they said they would follow up and I would be compensated. They offered me a measly $ 150 gift card. I was offended and insulted. The value of that ring has gone down so much because of the multiple mistakes they made. I will never shop there again! My ring will be going to another location from now on! I would not trust them with anything you hold near and dear to your heart. Wedding time is supposed to be special and one of the best times… kind of ruined when they essentially destroy your engagement ring! Unfortunately, I had to select one star otherwise it would not let me post! They deserve none!

I’ve been here twice so far and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The first time was for a ring inspection and while the guy was a bit slow finding me in the computer he went beyond and informed me that I could send it out to be refinished for free. Definitely not something I would have known otherwise. The second time was to actually have it sent out and the lady helping me explained it and had me out the door in only a few min. In glad the closest location to me has competent employees.

I absolutely hate this location! They sent my wedding ring out to be sized and instead of notifying me that it would take longer than expected(because the jewler lost a few of the diamonds), I had to call them several times! The customer service is horrible. They give you incorrect info over the phone and once you get into the store they offer no apologies for any inconvenience and they treat you as if its your their mistake is some how your own fault. Dealing with Kay has been the worst part of my wedding planning experience!
