This place is a hidden gem. They take their time and put every detail in your hair. I had gotten a fade and my barber put so much focus and attention into my cut. I got a complimentary wash accommodated by a second check for any imperfections there may be. Overall great place, great people, great price!

I’ve made appointments both times I was there and I had to wait a little because when I got there they were in the middle of a haircut. I initially went here because my boyfriend recommended it and I must say they did not disappoint on this part. My haircut came out good both times and the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely keep going back.

Awful! I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes. No acknowledgement… NOTHING! Then customers who walked in… AFTER ME… were served almost right away. Either they don’t know how to do business or they favor a particular race.
It’s such a shame because a friend of mine recommended this place. After I left, I called to «cancel» my appointment and told them that I was sitting in there waiting for half an hour and I got no apologies.

You can’t beat it. I’ve been going to this place ever since it opened and the quality of Filo’s haircut is superb. The staff doesn’t rush to get the next person in the chair. Therefore everyone gets a quality haircut! You can’t beat the price or the service. I don’t know what i would do without this place.

Hair4cut is a fantastic barbershop. I travel from downtown chicago to see Filo and Ernesto who are the 2 main stylists.
I agree that the wait time regardless of appointments gets to be somewhat long. I’ve waited anywhere between 30 – 45 minutes even with an appointment.
The staff is extremely friendly and the wait time is always long because they take their time and give each customer individual attention and never treat the customers in an assembly line fashion. Haircut, shampoo, and straightblade cleanup around all the edges all for $ 15. Doesn’t get better than that.
Best haircut I’ve ever gotten and I never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
