Wow! Amazing find in this little mountain town! Had the Fried Brussels Sprout app and Vietnamese Tacos. Both were excellent in presentation and flavor!

Excellent food. Our server Jessie, was pleasant, helpful and attentive. Great stop if passing through Gunnison!

We visited Crested butte during wildflower season and had dinner in Twisted fork on the way back. Some local customers told us this is the best restaurant in Gunnison with fusion of Asian & American food, ambience was nice. We ordered Fresh veggies n noodles, bean thread noodle stir fry, Twisted nachos, veggie baguette, chicken curry noodle bowl & also it’s veggie version. We liked veggie baguette the most, Twisted nachos were innovative, rest of the food was not so great. Bean thread noodles turned out weird, taste was OK but different noodles would have been better. Chicken curry noodle bowl had awful smell, kinda fishy and not edible, so my friend had to return it & order something else. It’s veggie version was relatively better, edible but very sour. Overall good fusion restaurant with modern feel!

We arrived just about at closing time, 9pm, and they were very nice to allow us to come in.
Food was really good… service fantastic… very welcoming place.
Maybe a bit pricey but you can tell they put lots of effort into their products.
Felt like a «chef prepared» meal. Give them a try!

Amazing Vietnamese tacos and the Tiki masala was also great, albeit a bit cauliflower heavy!

We ate at the Twisted Fork tonight and it was excellent! I had the chicken curry bowl, and the guys I was with had the fried chicken and the chicken Masala. The curry was delicious, spiced just right. We had the crab dumpling appetizer, which was also very good. There was enough food, but not so much that we felt stuffed. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable. The only downside was how noisy the place was, but the food made up for it. I would highly recommend the Twisted Fork when you’re in Gunnison.

This place was not bad! Well-​developed recipes, unique and refined takes on flavor and a super sweet wait staff. We had a speedy/​rowdy 10-​month old in tow and he was treated with the utmost respect. They even gave us some bug spray since the outdoor Mosquitos were vicious!
Their seating system is sloooow. Only the hostess can seat people, but everything else was great, so worth it.

4.5 stars. This is a wonderful take on Asian Fusion. Even more impressive is that it’s found in a mountain town.
Prices are moderate ($ 15 – 20) per meal. Try the pork Vietnamese Tacos. Weird sounding; but amazing taste. The scalloped potatoes with the fried chicken were unreal. When they say Spicy Fries; they mean SPICY fries. Korean beef sandwich was awesome.
Small restaurant. Funky country/​Asian vibe. Not to be missed.

Chicken in my dish was as bland as it gets. My husband had the fried chicken. He said it was about the worse he’s had. Tea had lemon flavor in it which I would not have ordered had I known. When I ordered I asked for tea with no lemon. Very over priced.

Excellent food. Unique, nice presentation, very tasty. Fresh and healthy. Look forward to eating there again.

Tired and Hungry: we began our 6 hour trek from centennial to telluride and by chance we stopped at this modern Thai bistro to quench our hunger. At first the menu may seem a little odd, but believe me it is amazing.
I had the Kobe beef burger with pork belly coated in soy– pure excellence. The fries are amazing, and when you order a burger to be cooked a certain way, they don’t classify the burger by the color of the meat, but rather by temperature, resulting in perfection every time.
My whole group ordered a variety of foods and no one was dissapointed; except for the fact that some of the Thai dishes were too big (not a problem in my book) I would definitely recommend this place. It is very affordable and delicious.

Stopped in after skiing in Crested Butte. Ordered the Fresh Veggies & Noodles with the peanut dressing and it was incredible! Hubbie ordered a burger with salad and fries and was very satisfied as well. Love that there’s an extensive gluten/​dairy free menu and lots of healthy options. We’ll definitely be back!

We ordered several dishes noodle dishes and they are all delicious with kicks to them. Just be aware servers may tell you the food is not spicy, but in fact they could be very spicy for kids. It was a nice surprise to have Asian food in town.

Rolled into town and found this place on Unilocal.As a vegetarian I ordered the veggie baguette– exactly what I was envisioning for a Vietnamese tofu sandwich. Great coleslaw. Friends raved about fried chicken. Fun, creative food. Try this place!

We love this small town and this us our favorite spot to eat. We have never been disappointed in a meal. The chef knows her stuff! The service is good, friendly and the patio a nice option! If your in Gunnison be sure to give it a try!

Overall appearance is cheap. Like the everything in the restaurant came from ikea. I’m just saying if you charge $ 16 for a hamburger you can afford some solid furniture. Anyway, the service was underwhelming. The food was the definition of «ok.» I don’t think putting sriracha and picked onions on everything makes it «Asian fusion.» It was overpriced and just ok. I wouldn’t go back.

On a road trip… needed a burger & this place DELIVERED! Music & environment was a plus.

Great menu. Atmosphere and service. We had some specialty martinis that we’re awesome! Mango leche with coconut on the rim and a chai martini to start. Yummy!
The appetizer of Korean meatballs was tasty too. My main course of Vietnamese tacos was a pleasant surprise with pork and chicken 1 of pork and two chicken!
My colleague had the kobi beef and pork belly burger and he couldn’t stop raving about it.
So good we are going back tomorrow!
