flying Grape is awesome. Wonderful food and best atmosphere around. Vicki is an amazing cook and a wonderful person. We are all so lucky to have them here. I need to get over there more than I have been. You have to go if you haven’t been there

Stopped by for lunch this place is definitely a hidden gem. Don’t let the outside fool ya, it’s neatly decorated, warm and cozy inside. Owners and staff make you feel at home. Definitely have to visit if you’re in town. Did I forget to mention the landing strip in the back? You can fly in have lunch if you need to

This place is AMAZING!!! Even vegans will love it! We were en route, driving from Dallas to Houston and Unilocaled for coffee. What we discovered is so much more!
We loved the name because we’re both pilots, and then found out this place is at the airport — Yay! Fly-​in! (Prior permission required).
We didn’t expect them to fix anything g special for our special diet, but they DID! In fact, they made the most scrumptious breakfast with vegan ciabatta bread, toasted, and spinach, mushrooms, avocado, and tomato, and a fantastic side of fruit. The coffee is fantastic too!
And the place — BEAUTIFUL!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!
And by the way, the owners and staff are super friendly and greet you like you’re old friends/​family. This is more than a 5-​star place, on product, service, and ambiance — all!

What an incredible find in Gun Barrel City! The Reuben and homemade broccoli cheddar soup were perfect. My heart skipped a beat with the crêpe selection. I can’t wait to try breakfast next time… the Monte Cristo beckons.

Great place with great desserts! Had a delicious cup of tea and shared a great dessert! Chloe was a great waitress and we enjoyed meeting Gaylon the owner and his lovely wife! We’ll be back for lunch. The sandwiches sounded yummy!

You must go inside to feel its ambient atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Food is delicious.

Amazing food and amazing people to be around. Just flew in for the night and a complete stranger to the area, instantly welcomed like family. Perfect meals and lovely atmosphere, it’s a nice home away from home destination for aviation lovers or food lovers.

Since my husband and I are from Dallas, we love good food!!! It’s really hard to find good restaurants in GBC. This place is so good! We ordered the breakfast panini and it was delicious!!! coffee was fantastic. I would literally rate this better than any Dallas restaurant, any day!!! Their brie cheese panini is still on my mind

So CHARMING. Great sandwiches, great homemade soup! Overall excellent! From the outside it doesn’t look like much but the inside is absolutely adorable. Well decorated, great food and a great staff! Love this little place!

By far my favorite little coffee shop ever! Vicki makes the best monte cristo sandwich and the blood orange cheesecake is to die for. We went for my birthday and the waiter even sang happy birthday to me. There was a candle and everything. I always have to get lunch there when I am in town!

The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the food is wonderful. I had a grilled turkey sandwich on potato bread. It was served with cole slaw. The turkey was high quality, and there was also cranberry relish on the sandwich. Yum! My friend had a veggie panini, and she told me she really enjoyed it. This café is also a coffee house and dessert shop. The desserts looked wonderful, but I didn’t try any. I will go back!
