Lowe’s of Gulfport

Today sucked. No floor employees to be found– I felt like I was at the Gulfport Walmart! The sale crap they advertised was all sold out and the few employees we were able to grab knew nothing about the air purifier we were inquiring about. The sales guy actually told us some BS about the Specs and when we called him out on it he was back pedaling his ‘information’ lol. We left with nothing. I was just bragging to my Uncle how great this store is and they made a liar out of me today. 3 stars because they are usually much better. I will definitely lose my Lowe’s loyalty if it happens again. There is a Home Depot across the street I never go to because of my past positive experiences here but I won’t care if the customer service starts to deteriorate.

I love this lowes, everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is very organized and they have a better selection of home improvement stuff. In fact everyone was so friendly that my 12 year old son noticed and said wow everyone here is feeling awesome today. And I told him yea that’s how they are every time I come here.

The alternative for shopping when I don’t feel like browsing Home Depot. Also like that this place has a self-​service key maker so you don’t have to locate someone to make copies of your keys.
Lowe’s also offers a military discount with valid ID.

Was in the store today. I didn’t need any help but was asked by two associates if I did. Went to buy a bag of bolts and was pleased to find the hardware well laid out and organized. Good shopping experience in a clean well stocked store.
