Stopped in while waiting for for my flight. The service was nice. I had the crawfish Étouffée that was okay. Not the best I’ve had… but definitely not the worst. It was a little thin. Flavor was okay, but given its an airport location… the lack of heat was acceptable. But I cannot forgive the bland sweet tea. There are some places that I expect for sweet tea to be bland… but Mississippi ain’t one of them. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Lazy Magnolia over the alternative… Arby’s.

This place is located right before you check in with TSA. Which is perfect right? You can eat with your love ones right before you leave instead of being rush! This place offers two menu, lazy magnolia or Arby’s. Lazy offers regular American food. Didn’t look to appealing so we opt for Arby’s. When we approached the little bar; no one was there, just saw a lady sitting on the stool. We kept talking amongst ourselves like oh where should we sit, what should we get. Then out of no where, the lady on the stool said«can I help you» in the most belittling tone ever. LOL. oh my bad. Did I interrupt your television time? Sheesh. Then when I ordered, she literally coughed EVERY where. Didn’t even attempt to cover her mouth! Omg I felt so disgusted. ughhhh shivers! Still thinking about her coughing everywhere then getting my drinks without washing her hands… Gag! If I get the flu, I will fly back from Cali to demand a refund. I promise you! No southern hospitality located here, keep it moving!

Best airport restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. Waitress was friendly and Johnny-on-the-spot. The bacon cheeseburger was DELICIOUS(quality bun and juicy, gooey, cheesey patty). Yum.

Great spot in an airport! I would visit here as an independent restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised to find this right next to our gate in the airport. After a few beers and some food served by excellent staff we were ready to board the plane! I know if I go back to Gulfport airport I will be stopping in here again for sure!

Besides being good beer they are good people. On a recent trip my husband left his kindle behind. Called the next day and they had kept it safe for us to come and get. In a world where so many wouldn’t; their employees did.

I found this jewel of a restaurant and microbrewery in the Gulfport International Airport, while waiting on a flight. OK, not much of a «find,» it’s like the only place to get a drink in this diminutive, charming and trifling airport. What an incredible find. They serve Lazy Magnolia Micro Beer, and the staff is very knowledgeable about all the beers and they are very generous about distributing tasters. Lazy Magnolia as it turns out has been brewing beer in Mississippi since 2003 and offers such unique southern traditions as a Southern Pecan Brown Ale, the Timber Beast and the Dev Ale.(Dev may be short for Devil, or they ran out of ink on their printers?). With only a few minutes before the incredibly painful boarding process of American Airlines(where everyone is an Elite, Presidente, Emerald, Family Member, High-end traveler), I knew I actually had plenty of time to sample two brews… Thanks American! I tried the Dev Ale: Their version of an IPA, which was just released, I think tapped in July. It’s a piney smelling beer with citrus tones, but much more malty than hoppy. Maybe I was mislead about the IPA… it was more of a strong ale. I then ordered and had suck down the Timber Beast. Yes, I dicked around too much with the Dev Ale… and lost track of time(or was it just my ADA, squirrel!). The Timber Beast, I was told was from their Back Porch Series. A rye pale, almost imperial-style ale. I tasted a bit of a nutty flavor… but didn’t have time to really enjoy sipping this amber beauty. I sucked it down, much the same way Popeye used to squeeze the spinach out of his can, mumble, «Yaka yakka yakka, I’m no sisky Olive Oil» and then feel nine feet tall and bullet proof and go beat up Brutus. I simply felt brave enough to go start the American Airline boarding process.

We needed a good place to wait before our flight. This restaurant was across the hallway from gate 5. It had a lot of clean tables so my friends and I sat down and started playing cards. The waitress was extremely friendly and informed us about their beer selection, most of which was from the local micro brew. We weren’t hungry at the time, but decided to order meals to go. The meals looked really good when they came out, but they ended up being just typical fast airport food quality. i wasn’t impressed. it was a nice place to use up time and have a beer but that’s about it.
