Actually, less than one star is appropriate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sofa was destroyed and I provided straps and moving blankets/​pillows. One man complained the complete time of move and also drank my bottled water up. Used the restroom on multiple occasions while on my time. Customer service is horrible. Will not RECOMMEND this crew to anyone in the future.
