Best Buy

The managers and associates have always been so rude. They’re horrible with returns and just try to scam your money. I have had 4 unhappy visits with this store particularly.
I purchased 4 broken items (2 lap tops and 2 printers) from them and they always tell me they can’t even exchange it or give me the same sale since they change sales every Sunday.
I will definitely contact corporate because
The management is awful and very unprofessional. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.
The D’iberville one is a little bit further but they respect you there.

Ari is a nice gentleman from the Best Buy mobile department which was really cool he did a great job on installing a Zagg Invisible High Definition screen on my iPhone 5s. While waiting for Ari to get thru installing Zagg Invisible High Definition screen I spoke to couple of ladies Best Buy employees from the other Best Buy store down the road they ask me how I like the iPhone 5s how fast it is and etc. I gave my opinion on the phone and she bought one based on my review on the phone she even bought a Mophie battery charging carrying case for the iPhone which was really cool she thanked me for it.
The staff here at Best Buy are friendly and knowledgeable plus they seem like team players who help each other out with out sticking the stuck team member of Best Buyer to do something they don’t know.
Visit this Best Buy when your in the area.

Best Buy. All the products you want… not always the greatest prices. Good thing is, if you find it cheaper, they WILL price match albeit policy on where and what. Help is meh as usual. Best Buy associates like to converse amongst each other and usually miss when someone needs help.
My trips usually are in and out. I know what i want before i get there and usually find it since everything is neatly organized.

Called late two days before Christmas and the associate that answered the phone walked the floor to check that the item I was looking for was in stock. She verified and rang up the sale right away.
Not easy to find customer service like that at most Best Buys I frequent. This one, in my experience, is TOP NOTCH!

What do you do when you’re headed to Disney and realize you need a power inverter? Search Unilocal for a Best Buy of course.
This Best Buy seemed smaller than others I have been to, but that could be wrong. they did have the inverter that I needed along with the other typical Best Buy things.
The staff weren’t overly helpful. They kind of seemed indifferent.
Note: The location is on the opposite side of the highway from most of the large retail shops.

Went back to BB to get Ipod shuffle and an alarm clock and again got tip top service. Yes the one in DIberville is bigger but these guys are better. The phone guy helped me with a blue tooth problem I was having and the girl in the MP3 section made sure I got exactly what I needed, not what I thought I wanted.
