Best place on earth! I could get lost in these bookstores for hours and hours on end!

Great place to browse, kill time, and maybe buy a book or two. The staff helps out in the tunes section and can order select music they may not have. Wish Starbucks had CDM. Lol.

Wonderful magazine selection plus great Christmas gifts for reasonable prices and they’ve got the Starbucks Café inside too

I just straight up love the people here. I’m going to go into each excruciating detail to let you know why: CAFE: They are friendly as hell, straight to the point, and most importantly, they get my drinks RIGHT, and without any ‘tude. Their supervisor quickly remembered me by face and recalled my order from memory. Once when I walked in there the barista at the register started to ask what I wanted, and the supervisor stopped them to advise them what I usually order. Super awesome! BOOKSELLERS: Very friendly and helpful. I see a few of them at my own workplace and they’re nice people all around. They do their job well and will hunt down elusive books with you instead of just pointing the way. If it’s not there they’ll go scrounge in the back(and I mean actually hunt in the back, not just duck in, turn around, and shrug). MANAGEMENT: All I can say is wow and yay! I had bought something a few weeks ago that required me to save the receipt for work reimbursement. Sadly, the receipt vanished a few days later. When I went to B&N, armed with as much knowledge as I could about the transaction, the manager walked with me to find one of the items on the receipt then went off to pull it up. A few minutes later he came back with the full transaction receipt and said, «You’re lucky, a few days later and it would have been out of our systems.» I was so happy! Woohoo! Way to go the extra mile and deal with funny difficult members like me positively :) GENERAL: The store is well-kept, it’s generally quiet, and they have most things I want. So glad they have awesome folks there.

One of the few B & N’s that have power strips in the café. Service is always very helpful and I’ve never seen the store dirty. Kudos to the staff and management here.

Only been here a few times, but the place was nice. Very clean. It was a bigger Barnes and Noble.

I love Barnes & Noble personally and this one is in great shape and the Starbucks in it is amazing too-BUT there’s a problem with one of the staff. She pesters my family and is rude. Don’t like her. Annoying. Probably knows who she is if she ever reads this.

Clean store. Very organized. There’s always someone straightening products. Everyone here is always helpful and walk you to the books you are looking for instead of just pointing. I come here often to relax, grab a coffee, and read a mag/book.

As far as B&N goes, this is a great one. Both the booksellers and café staff are very attentive and go beyond what you normally expect from this chain. I prefer this café to the Starbucks nearby, both because of the service and atmosphere: the café folk know my name, the people who eat and drink are more dynamic, they play better music, and they don’t try to freeze you out with A/C.

fairly standard as far as chain bookstores go. friendly service, decent variety. i have to say that the GLACIAL slowness of coffee service is one of the most absolute and unchanging aspects of shopping here. it makes zero difference who’s working, what time one stops by — in my experience, it doesn’t even matter what *year* one stops by — you’re *guaranteed* an enforcedly relaxing coffee experience, since it categorically *will* take absolutely geological aeons of time for the starbuxians to fabricate anything more complicated than an americano. so … there it is. reliability in the modern age.

Nothing really special here. When I go home this is one of the only places to get a decent cup of coffee. The only other perk is people watching. We usually just sit there and drink our coffee, talk and watch people. We’re obviously easily amused but then again living/being back here you kind of have to be.

Your standard B&N. Just often hard to find a seat in the Starbucks.
