I have to agree, the worst cable company ever encountered. They charged me a $ 85 no show fee when I was not able to show up for the installation appointment, which they never mentioned before hand. I called in and explained that I had a emergency situation and was not able to show up, the rep was kind enough to waive the charge. I thought all was fine dandy when there was a credit of $ 85 on my bill, but in Nov, the charge showed up again. When I called in about 7 times, on hold for feels like 3 or 4 hrs total, finally able to speak to a supervisor, I was told the rep is no longer with the company, and Beyond now reserve the right to keep the charge! Unheard of. Ge me out of there, Loft!

Beyond communications has poor service, unethical billing practices and uses bait and switch tactics. If you can avoid their services by all means do so.

They finally fixed the pricing, but I really don’t care to keep this service. Once the HOA gives the go ahead to change services, I’m gone.
