The staff is very friendly, the breakfast in the morning is hot, fresh, delicious, and the rooms are extremely clean. Modern hotel, with all the updates you’d want. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in town!

I like this location because it’s close to the beach and near good food. I have never had a bad experience. I am a Diamond member and as soon as I get here they have my keys ready and always thank me for being a member. I used their business center and it is always in working order.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gulf Breeze for a week the last time we were in Pensacola. It is over a very long bridge across bay between Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. We found the Hampton to be very comfortable and a typical Hampton Inn with the normal semi-hot breakfast. There are usually two hot items which very from average to horrible. They do always have a selection of cereal, bagels and self made waffles. The only negative concerning this Hampton is the location. While the trip across the bay is quite scenic, it can be time consuming and horrible in the event of an accident on the bridge, as we experienced one evening.

I will say this. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and nobody was there to help me. When the clerk finally came out. She picked up the phone first before I was greeted. Then she was like yeah? I was like I would like to check in. She was like you trying to do early check in? It was 2pm. I was like umm, I been standing here for 15 minutes and nobody here and she wants to give me that crap? Unbelievable. I booked the room online and I had requested early check-in. The fact the lady didn’t apologize for not being at the front desk and then wanting to make a big deal about me check in early 1 hour. Traffic is horrible to turn in/out. It’s actually a nightmare to turn left from here. There needs to be a light.

We arrived from Houston after a long arduous trip through several construction zones. It was 7 pm… clerk us told we couldn’t check in because no rooms were available that were clean! WTH??? Check in is at 3 pm. Why 4 hours after the specified time no room is available? We were not the only family waiting in the lobby either. I had three kids who were tired from sitting through traffic and we couldn’t check in. We had to get back in our car and head to the beach to kill time. We didn’t even have our bathing suits on(no one planned on wearing elastic suits from Texas to Florida)! This issue needs to be resolved. Hire more housecleaning crew or not offer late checkout to accommodate people arriving for the current night. Not sure why staff and mgmt does not know this is a big issue when people are contemplating being a repeat customer. I probably will make Pensacola Beach an annual trip; however, I doubt this hotel will be a future choice.

Very nice hotel. We stayed there in lieu of staying next door at a completely more sketchy hotel that has gone WAY down hill. This place was very nice. Super clean, well maintained, and quite taken care of daily. They served hot breakfast in the morning(complimentary), and took great care of the rooms while guests were out. While this place is not RIGHT on the beach, it is a short 10 min drive across the small bridge to get there. Our beds were comfortable, and we felt safe. That’s about all you can ask for us to visit the beach for a few days. I will say, we checked in late the first day we got there, and were greeted by an impressively RUDE host. She stuck her head out her little office and acted like I disrupted her whole day to check in as a paying guest at her hotel. The first thing she actually said was«YES?» in a rude and condescending tone instead of greeting me and my family. When I mentioned we wanted to check in, she actually huffed, and sombered over to the computer, hit the keys for a bit, then handed me our room keys without a «Thank you» «welcome to the hampton» or any pleasantries. Other than her(a younger woman with dark hair), everyone else we encountered was very nice. If we were in the area again, we’d try to get closer to the beach, but would stay here again if the price was right and considerably cheaper than options nearer the sand.

Very nice, clean hotel with easy access to both Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. It is right off the bridge heading from downtown Pensacola toward the beach. There is a free parking lot. The location does not look like much but is actually a terrific base for both activities in Pensacola and on the beach. It was just a few minutes drive to the beach but you were away from all of the tourist crowds so it was a good balance. Very convenient for working with close access to recreation on the beach at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We booked way back in February, and picked this hotel because of the proximity to the beach. Little did we know this hotel is in the main focus of EVERYTHING! Every great dining place is a 5 minute walk from the front door, as well as activities like bike and scooter rentals, and parasailing at Key Sailing! We never once got in our car while we stayed here, except to go to McGuires which is across the island! The staff was so accommodating(make sure to tip the housekeepers, they have to vacuum up so much sand), and the breakfast was delicious while overlooking the sea! The beach is right out the back door! The only reason I’m not rating this place a 5, is because they did not tell us you had to pay to use the blue beach chairs on the beach! I was under the impression they were complimentary! It’s $ 5 an hour or $ 39 for the day. We chose the hourly rate, because we usually only lounged around for a couple hours at a time! Other than that great amazing hotel!

This hotel is CleanCleanClean and I love that! Newer hotel. Modern décor. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Small gym and pool when you need it. Breakfast was really good! Served from 6am-10am and restocked often. Great large seating area. We enjoyed the cheese omelets, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and banana nut bread. Everything tasted very fresh. They also have waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and biscuits and gravy. Located at the end of the bridge which can get pretty busy at times but that is the only draw back. We will definitely stay here again.
