The perfect club for those who want to play golf instead of impressing other people. i joined a few years ago and was very surprised how open all the members were to meeting me and playing with me. No cliques or dirty looks. The membership is a better value than other private clubs in the area, has no assessments, and is built on sand so it opens earlier in the year and is playable right after torrential rain. Women really enjoy the course from what I hear as there are no required carrys for them. Lots of events of course and leagues. The coolest thing is that it is the custom here to walk with a pushcart, so I get lots of exercise.
