My favorite slippers of all time made by the nicest people you will ever meet!

Over the years, I have ordered 4 or 5 pairs of slippers from this Colorado company. They ship quickly, fit better, are so warm, and more comfortable than any ‘fancy’, store bought slippers. I love my slippers, and now, I am going to buy the next pair for my Christmas gift!

I ordered a pair of high top sheepskin slippers from Sundance’s website and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The slippers are good-​looking, easy to slip on and off, and high enough to keep my ankles from catching a draft from under my pant legs. However, my most favorite quality is the leather sole. It makes them durable, without being heavy, noisy, or unfriendly to delicate floors or furniture.
I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe and I ordered a size 9 slipper. It was a little snug at first, but fits perfectly now. I also ordered a trapper hat which was good looking, but was too small.
Although I haven’t had much human interaction with the folks at Sundance since they are across the Mississippi in Colorado, they were prompt in responding to emails, shipping orders, and issuing my refund for the hat. And, it put a smile on my face to see a handwritten «Thanks!» on my invoice.
This is a no-​brainer — keep your feet warm and support a family-​run, American business!

I love my Colorado Sheepskin Mocassin Slippers. Having recently moved to WI, I wasn’t ready for a real winter, and these slippers have kept my feet nice and comfortable. There are less expensive slippers out there, but I don’t think they work quite as well; poly-​fleece is a poor substitute for real shearling.
Now I’m thinking about a pair of mittens and a hat.

I purchased a black «Sheepskin Northerner» hat and a pair of the «Colorado Moccasins» to use as slippers. These two items are pricier than what I might have found at DSW but the quality is incredible. Both kept me very warm on my winter wonderland trip to Eastern Europe this December. I wore that hat every day and it realy worked well to keep my ears and noggin very warm even during the coldest Prague winter nights. They are an eco-​friendly, sustainably-​minded company that has a relationship with the local ranchers from where they get the leather.
