New Dynamic Inn

Except for in one area, I was very satisfied. First and foremost, I ended up changing my reservation a couple of times to accommodate my schedule and each time I called, the women who answered the phone (there were two different ones) were super friendly and super accommodating! yay! I was grateful! They allowed us to bring our dogs and even gave us a break on the full pet deposit due to the super small size (under 5lbs each) of our two little girls. Beyond all that, I’d shared with the owner (I guess it was the owner-​not sure) that this overnight trip was to celebrate our anniversary and she brought us flowers and chocolate as a welcome gift. Loved her! It was very sweet!
The only criticism I have is this… I hate cigarette smoke and everything smelled like cigarettes. They allow smoking outside the front doors, however because of the wind (or who knows what), anytime someone smoked, it was as if they were sitting right there in your room. Fortunatley, it wasnt SO hot outside that we couldn’t close the windows each time someone lit up but the smell and smoke were everywhere… :-/​
Other than that, we slept well and were in a great location. Walkable to everywhere. It was a wonderful weekend. Thanks New Dynamic Inn! U have a great little business. :)

I stayed at the New Dynamic Inn just this past summer. Although, I had a good time exploring the local area with my dog, the down side was staying at this establishment, if you can call it that. I was told by a senior lady at the desk, that I could keep my dog as long as I give a twenty five dollar deposit refundable after inspection. It was in case he made a mess or destroyed property. The next morning when I was checking-​out and requested my deposit, the owner, a man, said that she was misinformed. The money was not refundable. I asked him to inspect my room and tell me if my ten pound dog made a mess deserving a twenty five dollars fee. No action on his part. Take my word, anyone remotely interested in staying there, beware, it’s a mess. No wi-​Fi, dirty, no screens and the floors felt like they were about to snap.

My partner and I decided to to to Guernville at the last moment and find a place to stay over night for the Fourth of July. we visited the Chamber of Commerce and found out that there were three places that still had vacancies, because of our tight budget we decided to stay at the «NEW DYNAMIC INN» Our visit was less than dynamic !.
Reasons why NOT to stay at this place are: no air conditiing-​we had windows with no screenings. We were much concerned of leaving the windows open during the evening in fear of our lives. Light’s didn’t work-​smoke alarm did not work-​extremely loud noises-​pit bulls off leash-​loud music– the tub had badly patched up holes-​the head board fell in he middle of the night fell onto the bed– no air conditioning. My partner and I blocked the door with a chair, no screening on the windows– went too bed with an empty bottle for self defense just in case someone MIGHT break into our room-​we had drunk people knocking at our door throughout the night. We could hear obvious sex activities in the room next to us. Pornography on the television. If you haven’t guessed by now, these are reasons why NOT to stay at NEW DYNAMIC INN– my next call will be to the chamber of Commerce and have them NOT refer any guests to this Motel of Horror!
FYI IF I had the choice, I would NOT give them any stars what so ever!
