Mountain Mesh

The service we receive from Mountain Mesh is great! The speed is better than what satellite has to offer BUT the costs are ridiculous and living in our rural community we don’t have many options. Mountain Mesh is a one man show that is robbing its customers! He is getting away with out it because he knows he has faster internet than satellite. His equipment/​install costs start at $ 150. He isn’t flexible with billing arrangements. He’s not afraid to tack on fees here and there. We are currently on his elite plan (the highest plan) which runs at 100 bucks a month and we still see ourselves going over and charged fees. I take pride in the fact that I support local business’s because corporate America sucks. I understand that this man is running a business. With that being said, I cannot wait for the day that AT&T/corporate America comes in and forces him to drop his rates.
