What everything that Charles M. said I have to agree with! He always shows up when he says he will and always gets whatever his is fixing done in a timely manner! He explains everything he is doing! We actually purchased and had him install the latest spa we have! He did and incredible job of making it fit, by doing a few adjustments to our deck! He even built a little step that I always wanted next to the deck! I highly recommend him for any Spa problems you have!

First, he returns phone calls and shows up when he says he is going to show up – a real plus here!
It took him two visits to fix our spa, but fix it he did. The two visits was not a bad thing: he tried a simple fix and the problem went away, so we decided to give that a shot rather than spending any more time on labor or parts. He warned me that it might not be a good fix. Unfortunately the problem came back once the hot tub got hot. He came back and had to perform some creative surgery on our deck because our carpenter had done too good a job of enclosing the tub. Both the hot tub and the deck are now back good as new, and I was very pleased with the bill.
