WHAT OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!!
I went in for a simple oil change and a old red head man named Jr informed me of all these other unnecessary things that he needed to fix. My bill was $ 600.00 dollars «for a simple oil change» Totally unexpected!!! I was told by the town that Jr likes to take advantage of women and elderly and he will hike his prices up, if you don’t know anything about cars.
What out for this Business. There work isn’t professional. It seems to me that they only have old junk yard cars there. I should have know…

We had a serious (and expensive) radiator pump system disaster on our car over the past New Year’s Holiday weekend. The only shop who could repair it was Jr’s. They special ordered the parts and kept the shop open late so that we could have our car back to make it to SF by Sunday night. Though the final bill was a large pill to swallow, all was well and the car was running great.
Fast forward nine months later. The radiator pump fails again and we had to get the car to the nearest garage to fix. The bill came out about the same, but we were furious that we had to replace and pay again for a defective part! I gave Jr a call to let him know our situation and he was on top of it.
Seems he has a Napa Auto Care ‘Piece of Mind’ insurance policy that allows his customers to submit claims for work done that turn faulty within a period of time. Within 10 days, we had a claim number of a refund for 90% of our new bill!
I can’t say enough about how courteous and responsive Jr was even though we were 110+ miles away and he didn’t do the 2^nd repair job.
I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who is up at the Sea Ranch that needs serious work on their car, knowing that he and his team will get it done with patience, skill and professionalism.
Kudos to Jr’s and our local businesses.

We were caught out with a flat RV battery in Gualala while on holiday. Ernie Fisher and Junior did a great rush job for us to get us going again and were great dealing with the less than efficient RV company. If you ever have a mechanical near Gualala, which is pretty much far away from most places check them out, I’m sure they’ll do good.
