Starbucks

30 minutes for a Caramel Frappucino on a Sunday morning… with a «whoops! Must’ve got lost in the other orders,» to my face. Absurd! A phone call later to the manager «well I SAID I was sorry earlier. If you come back later I could comp you. I just couldn’t then because you had the drink already.»??? Mind you I had to ask to get comped for their mistakes. Oh well, people will still go because it’s Starbucks…

I’ve had poor service before but this ranks right up there with the worst. Brought the family in for drinks on a Friday afternoon and found it to be a busy place so I already knew it might take a while. We ordered 3 hot teas and a flat white. The fam sat down while I waited and watched no less than for other orders from the counter, some with multiple drinks, get their orders while we never received ours. After almost 20 minutes I went to the counter and informed the barista that I wanted a refund and why I wanted it. He made no apology, no effort to correct the mistake, no attempt to make it right, and didn’t even really speak to me. I would find another Starbucks or better yet a local, non-​chain, to give my business too! Come on Starbucks, your better than this…

This location is horrible! Always a line a mile long and they go so slow! The drive thru also blocks you in so you can’t change your mind when you’ve waiting 15 minutes just to get to the order window

Very friendly and helpful staff. While on a trip across the Midwest, my husband and I left our jackets at this Starbucks. We didn’t realize it until we were far down the road… too far to make it practical to go back. I called the store and asked them if they could send them back to me if I mailed them a pre-​paid box. They said sure.
When we got back to Arizona, our jackets were waiting for us. This is something beyond what their mission is (coffee and light food), but it goes to show what nice folks work there. Thanks guys for going beyond what’s on your job description. We are Starbucks regulars whenever we travel, but would definitely stop at this store again. Oh, and the coffee was great, too!

Love this Starbucks. Very friendly, very fast service and always the perfect tasting drinks. Subtracting a star because you are out of Holiday drinks and that’s not okay! Don’t like being trapped in drive through either…

The perfect place in Wildwood for a Starbucks!
Its situated where you can grab a cup of coffee and walk around the stores or just sit and enjoy at their establishment.
The employees always have a smile on their face and they keep the lines moving at a great pace.

Drive through is a little slow… its also set up so that you are trapped, meaning that you cant change your mind and bail because it is taking too long.
That said, people are always friendly and my Frappucino is always perfect. Nothing irritates a Frappucino drinker more than those pesky chunks of ice in the bottom of the cup.

Coffee and snacks are always high quality. But the people who work at the WIldwood location are awesome. they always have a smile on their face and just a nice thing to see so early in the morning.

Service is generally slower than in other Starbucks but it seems they have more staff turnover than normal. I’ve gotten a burnt breakfast sandwich from this location and they did not offer to replace it. I don’t go to this one unless I’m on my way out to Gray Summit.

Friendly quick service, consistently good product (it is Starbucks afterall) and some good pastries, which in the past, I avoided because they always seem like an afterthought (not all that good) but very good here.
