I lived in Pismo Beach, CA for 4 months last year. I am that person that doesn’t miss a day working out, but I had never tried crossfit. CFGB was my first experience and thanks to the coaches, I fell in love with crossfit. They are more laid back than some of the crossfit gyms that I have been to, but they also pay attention to what the clients are doing during the workout. (I am a physical therapist so form is a priority in my world) Ben and Josh did not just hang over me, but rather, stood back, watched closely, and encouraged. CFGB helped to make my stay in CA a great one!
(As for the kids class, I watched a few of those while waiting for my class to start, and the kids were having a blast.)
