Horrible! Amazon used Prestige to deliver a package and they said the address was incorrect. After calling and verifying the address they said they didn’t want to leave the package because nobody was home. I stayed home all day because they said they would deliver it today and they never showed up. I then get an email saying it was the wrong address again! After calling Amazon and the company they said they sent it back to Amazon. Worst delivery service.

Without question, the absolute worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. Amazon utilized Prestige to deliver an item I had ordered online. However, Prestige failed to deliver my package on multiple attempts despite providing specific instructions on where to leave the item along with a phone number to call me if they encountered any issues. FAIL
