Crab roll was delicious! Grilled Shrimp Tacos were wonderful. And the fruit side was large slices of ripe pineapple, cantelope, and watermelon. I’m so flad we tried this,

Top end food and service. We stopped in on a cold Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised at the extensive menu and fresh food. I ate the lamb, which was fantastic. We went for small plates(which were plenty) and saved room for pudding. Tyler, or server, was especially helpful for our dairy free son, checking twice on the ingredients and offering alternatives. We would ask for one of her tables again.

We dine at the Grill often, and are consistently pleased with the quality of the food and the great views of the golf course. Since Jay has taken over, the Grill has improved tremendously, in terms of the quality of the food, service and menu choices.

OPEN to the PUBLIC!!! Great casual hidden gem to get a great meal after a day of hiking in Yosemite. Eat out on the deck if possible, to enjoy the views of golf course. For a more relaxed choice, eat in the bar and enjoy super low priced drinks or a cold beer. Hikers welcome . NOFOODONMONDAYS!!! Bar open though.

I came in with 4 of my friends. The all got served and the manager came up and asked how was the food. I said I probably would have been good if I got it. I could not get a hold of a server the entire meal after the last plate was delivered. It was late the manager gave me a meal to go but I had to get up early to drive to LA the next day. It was to heavy to eat that late. Also it took my friends a long time to get their food. Reminded my why I boycotted the restaurant for 4 years. Last time I came in there was for their New Years party with all my friends. Our table was not served until after midnight. We were all starving and very unhappy. We were not even compensated. It was not a happy New Years. Looks like things never change. Ps I gave my to go plate to my friend because it was so late and I couldn’t eat it on the road. It was linguini and clams. My friend said it was terrible not even close to what I have made and served to them. Very sad. Boycott back on if I could give a half star I would have.

The Grill is always my «go to» spot in Pine Mountain Lake. Great food, views and bar. Friendly staff and did I mention the views?

Best place to stop in the Yosemite area. Consistently great food, drinks, sports, and views. Tonight I watched two bucks wrestle on the golf course below the outside deck.

Was told this restaurant was«best in town» and it didn’t disappoint. We came towards closing time without realizing(around 8:30 pm) on a weekday.(It seems like a lot of places close pretty early in the area). We started with salad — nothing special house salad. I asked for balsamic vinaigrette and it was a bit on the thick side for my liking. For the main course we got the ribeye steak and salmon dinner, both were made really well. Compared to other restaurants we saw while driving through town this was definitely a good find and I’m glad our host recommended this place! View — we saw a deer on the golf course! Being from LA this doesn’t happen often so it was an awesome treat! *Also, prices are decent.

Not many patrons when we arrived, so I was a little hesitant, but the food was quite good. I had a chopped kale salad(tasty), and a bowl of the soup special(Posole). I’d never had it before & thought it was delicious. Hubby had some fish tacos — the cod was broiled instead of fried, which was good for health reasons, but it was a little ho-hum. They make a good Long Island Iced Tea and Cosmo, though!

I have to say the food was ok, but service was terrible. We had lunch and then opened a bar tab. We ate outside, and no one came to ask if we wanted any more to drink. Had to go get our own. Then a waitress came over and asked us to leave because the table was reserved. When asked when it had been reserved, she said a couple if hours ago. We had been there for 3. Very rude and inconsiderate. Didn’t even offer to find us another table. I am a full time resident and don’t appreciate being embarrassed like that. I will definitely not recommend the grill to anyone !

After getting tired of eating pizza for couple if days we decided to try this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant supposedly has a great view of the golf course and pine mountain lake. We couldn’t enjoy the view since it was dark by the time we got there. However, having stayed at the house by the lake, I can imagine the views. The food itself was a very typical fare. The half rack of lamb I tried was wonderful. It was cooked to perfection(medium rare) and the flavoring was just right. My daughter tried the pasta with Alfredo sauce(she seems to eat pasta all the time!). It was also well done. The pork chops and sirloin steak the rest of the family are was average. The deserts(cobbler, sorbet, vanilla ice cream) were nothing to write home about. Service was excellent. All in all, the food wasn’t worth what we paid for. Certainly not in winter when the view does not offset the price :)

We ate dinner here. Good but could be better. We had calamari for appetizer. It was crispy and with a fun twist — fried lemon slices mixed in with the calamari! We ordered skirt steak — the jus was very flavorful, not the best cut of meat. Pork chops with rice pilaf. Again the pork chop was dry and overcooked but the apple based sauce was very nice. Lamb was okay. My daughter loved her pasta alfredo that comes with garlic bread. It’s a pretty generous portion for a kid meal! Highly recommend the dessert — The berry cobbler made inhouse is very good! The service is very pleasant and professional. Good overall but for the price-tag I would expect better quality.

Golfing –great! The course is always in great shape — just watch out for a random deer, the occasional goose or turkey to wander across the fairway! Up in the clubhouse you have three choices — the restaurant, the bar or the patio. Food is great for all three! Love that the bar(complete with all the continuous-sport-playing big screens) is separate from the restaurant. Service is quick and everyone there is happy! Why wouldn’t you go?

We had breakfast here on Sunday and it was very nice. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs over easy and breakfast potatoes. The chicken friend steak was just decent, but the eggs and potatoes were good. My wife and mother in-law split the crabcake eggs benedict and both loved it. My mom tried the breakfast burrito and liked it pretty well. Our 2 year old son just shared with everyone and loved watching over the outside balcony watching the deer in the trees and he loved watching the golfers tee off.

Stick to the grill stuff(lamb, salmon etc) and you’ll be happy. My wife and son had the Salmon and Lamb, both of which were good. A nice view over the surrounding forest from the balcony. However, my daughter and I both ordered the«Wild Mushroom Fettuccini», which was, frankly, awful. It was so oily that it was impossible to taste anything else. The mushroom mix was massively biased towards button mushrooms, the pasta was not fresh(not unexpected) and no hint of garlic, parmesan or chardonnay, For a $ 17 dish, I’d hoped for something tasty. The ice cream(Vanilla, allegedly) was distinctly low-end — it tasted of cream and not a lot else. It was at least cheap, Other deserts seemed better, but looked like cheap, bought-in fare. The beer was good and cheap.

I really love the views here! Yosemite national park and the snow covered mountains are so lovely this time of year. The restaurant is large and inviting and the staff– even though they take their time with getting to you– are friendly especially the manager. We went to the Jingle and Mingle and they had singers and a nice spread of free appetizers out. The prime rib looked amazing that my father had but the mahi tacos that I had were a bit dry. The crab cakes were so-so and a little too wet for me and lacked flavor. But the reason I love going here is for the view and location since we have a family home in the area.

Went back on New Year’s Eve for dinner with a party of 11! Though they were having their big New Year’s Eve bash, they were able to accommodate us in the bar area for dinner. We ordered a variety of items, such as burgers, shrimp tacos, pulled pork sandwich, steak sandwich, and chicken salad. Everything was acceptable considering the kitchen was so busy. Dinner came out over a period of 20 – 30 minutes, but we were having fun and didn’t mind. One funny thing to note was that one person got 2 bottom buns on his burger, and the table next to us got 2 tops buns! We all had a good laugh, and still enjoyed our time there! We will be back in the future!
