I don’t live in Grove so I have had no experience with this store from the perspective of submitting items for consignment. I have only shopped here and enjoyed it. They have a LARGE selection of items and many very high quality brands on offer. In fact, many of the brands are not even available at full retail price locally and there are some that you would need to travel two or three hours to find in larger cities. For that I hold this consignment shop in pretty high regard. They keep it well organized also. My husband picked up a very nice Daniel Cremieux dress shirt for a low price and it still had original store tags on it. I didn’t make a purchase, but found a half dozen very nice things that I was considering and will probably return in the future to shop. Prices are pretty typical for a nicer consignment shop but I did not see anything that was unusually high or low, except for a nice rack of ultra cheap finds out front on the sidewalk. However, I must take off two stars from a perfect rating because they had a lot of Coach bags and two of them were VERY fake. I don’t like stores that sell fake designer brands, it’s just poor form and sets them down several notches on the credibility scale. Secondly, they have a lot of aggressive signage regarding their fitting rooms which I feel is wholly unnecessary for a sleepy lakeland community consignment store like this one. I’d never seen such strict policies on fitting rooms outside of urban boutiques. If they have serious theft issues they should deal with them in other ways, in my opinion, or at least have one of their staff members parked NEAR the dressing rooms to assist with customers’ entry and exit. When I was there, they seemed to have three or four clerks working but they were all chatting behind the counter so it was difficult to get their attention.
