I will only review their lemonade which I tried at the recent Heinz Field Ribfest/Kickoff/Burnoff/whateveryacall it. According to their website, they sell all sorts of fair foods. They use fresh squeezed lemon, some powder/mix which I’m sure contains sugar among other things(it’s gotta be a secret), and water of course, in a big plastic souvenir cup. Then the girl shakes it up for 10 – 20 seconds(there seems to be a procedure of sorts). Then they leave a lemon half at the bottom of the cup. It’s a pretty tasty, refreshing lemonade in that it’s not overly sweet or tart. I’m assuming you can only get it at state fairs and other such events. It would be cool if you could get their mix and prepare it yourself though. Although the best lemonades use simple syrup instead of sugar or anything grainy, Seivers lemonade keeps you from being parched on a hot summer day in the outdoors.
