Eric from Massaro came to my house after we experienced trouble with our heating system. He was very open and honest with everything he was checking on our system. He explained how to trouble shoot the heater in the future and actually connected a «common» wire to the heater and a new thermostat that was previously installed. Eric educated me on a lot of components of the heater and I was very impressed. I’m pretty skeptical with technicians, mechanics, etc. but I was put at ease right away with Eric. Massaro Heating and Cooling was very responsive and very reasonable as far as cost. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest heating and cooling company.
