One Hour Martinizing

I been to the One Hour Martizing in Birmingham on Woodward and Lincoln for years, with great results. I have since moved to Chicago, however was in GP visiting. I decided to give this place a try. I had three sweaters cleaned at this store last week. I am so disappointed.
My Marc Jacobs sweater was returned hanging and had crusty debris on the front. The other Nanette Lepore was returned with the belt/​tie missing and the ruffle was all jacked up because it was folded and hung improperly. As well the button I specifically asked to be repaired and was told it would, was returned still in the same condition, about to fall off.
I called twice to report my issue and attempt to get a resolution. I am incredulous to the lack of an apology and was told if anything turns up they will call me and to «have a nice day».
I don’t know how to respond. I highly advise one avoids this facility. Beware!
