Worst pizza ever! After waiting for 45 minutes in an empty restaurant(we were the only patrons in the place) we received our dry, cold, thin, tasteless and grossly overpriced pizza. This kitchen abortion was nothing more than tasteless cheese, watery and tasteless sauce and virtually no toppings on a dry and thin cardboard crust. One of those $ 5 dollar mass produced pizzas from LIttle Caesers would have tasted better than this poor excuse for a pizza. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

I just had the worst dining experience in my entire life at the Green Zone Pizza! There was no one in the place. The waitress served our pizza to another table and then picked it up from that table and reserved it to us after knowing the customer touched the pizza! I would say that is a food/health violation! On top of this we waited about an hour to receive our order that was completely wrong missing items and to top it off the server plus the owner’s wife gave us horrible customer service! I will never go back there again! Has anyone else had this experience? This place doesn’t even deserve a star!

Decided to try Green Zone for the first time and thoroughly regret it. THE thinnest pizza on the planet that could be likened to cardboard. This pizza reminded me of something you’d eat in college out of the microwave. Extremely overpriced considering how thin(and awful) the pizza is. Service was slow and horrible. I began to think it was self serve after I needed another knife(I opened the napkin to find it had dried cheese on it) and another refill. The guy never came back and I had to get up to go look for him… sad thing is is that we were THEONLYPEOPLEINTHERESTAURANT(which should have been our first clue as to what we were in for)!! Never again and I am sorry we visited.

Would like to return and support a local business, but, likely won’t. The pizza was good, we liked the flatbread style because it is not so greasy like regular pizza. The problem was that the meat ingredient was inadvertently left off the pizza(the ingredient alone was a nearly $ 10 item). My husband had waited forever for the pizza, he was carrying it out to bring home. He learned after he got home that the ingredient was missing. He called the store and was advised he would be compensated by 10% off his next order. Are you kidding? They should have either brought a new pizza; but we would have been satisfied w/a credit card refund of the missing item. We understand mistakes happen, that is not really a big deal, but the fact that they wouldn’t refund the item that we didn’t receive, is unacceptable(and why I won’t go there again).

I am a vegan and it’s very challenging to find vegan options around me. When my fiancé and I heard this place did a vegan pizza option, we were ecstatic! We decided to try this place out. It ended up being $ 18 for two toppings(which they really skimped on). The flavor was good but after one slice got a little gross and way too salty. My fiancé liked it a lot more than me, but in conclusion I don’t believe it is worth the money.

Ugh. Absolutely miserable«pizza». From the cheapskate, minimalist school of pizza making– thin crust, dry film of tomato sauce, very little cheese and few toppings. A giant oversized, way overpriced communion wafer. Disgraceful. Avoid.

Have been going to this place off and on for the last few years. Now that I’m making an effort to write«good» reviews when I’m impressed, here goes. Decided to try the sit-down version after years of carry out trials. Mostly impressed. Came in with my wife and 20 month old child on a Thursday evening. Not very busy. Place is kinda small but cozy. Except for the cold metal chairs. Sat down and was immediately greeted by the owner?/waiter. Ordered a couple drinks that were promptly served. He was also very nice to our little one and offered to bring out crayons and a coloring book. We accepted. Worked out great. **Gluten Alert** This place knows what they’re doing when it comes to gluten. They even recognize that blue cheese is not GF. That’s a deep cut for the GF educated community. They even have a separate fryer for GF options and French Fries. It’s very nice to go somewhere to get GF Fries that are still good. Obviously the«green» in green zone is for the health conscious menu options. My wife was about to order a GF pizza and asked the waiter about her options. He mentioned the GF fish and chips and assured her it was delicious. Apparently, it did not disappoint. I ordered a gluten full pizza that was not my favorite, nor in my top 10, but it’s was still pretty good. Nice little spicy zip to their sausage and/or sauce. Mexican Coke over ice was a nice touch as well. 5 stars was a possibility but the only thing holding me back was the price. I know that being healthy conscious means higher prices but 15.50 for a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage(not the most health conscious choice) is a bit on the high side. Otherwise a worthy trip. Kinda baffled by the poor reviews as I’ve never had a complaint in the 20 times I’ve been.

Probably some of the worst pizza I’ve had in a while. During a house hunting trip to the Pointes my wife and I stopped in for a «quick» dinner. The place was mostly empty but we did have a few other tables show up. It took 20 minutes to get our salad out, and 20 more minutes thereafter for two personal pizzas. The personal pizza was a 6×9 inch piece of bread that looked like it came out of a package. It lacked flavor and tasted on par with something a kid would make in a dorm room. For the $ 35 for two pizzas, sodas, and a salad, I could have had eaten myself silly on some Hot and Ready from you know where and been happier. This place actually made me say to the wife«If this is what pizza in the Pointes is gonna be like, we better move to Rochester.»

The owner of this establishment is absolutely rude and unprofessional. He just hung up on my husband and said he’s busy, after my husband indicated he wanted to discuss a pizza that was just picked up. We ended up ordeing the pizza online because we were trying to have a night out alone but couldn’t get a sitter. He had the audacity to tell us that the pizza for dine in customers is more important than mine. Well, disable that functionality if its going to jeopardize the quality. We’ve been going to this place since it opened and for $ 30 one would expect to receive pizza that isn’t burnt and has toppings on every slice. We’ve never had a problem and have always enjoyed the pizza here. Well, today it was horrible and the manner in which the owner handled our concerns was highly offensive. Check the quality of your staff and the level of your service sir if you want to consider your business one of the best in town.

The message states that their«new» hours are 1 – 9 on Sunday. Well I arrive at 8:15 and they are closed. If I can’t depend on an establishment to remain open during their stated open hours, then I will not be considering them anytime. They’ve lost a customer.

We have been ordering from green zone for about a year. We always get the same things, the roasted shrimp pizza. Unlike some reviewers we think the pizza is tasty and it has been very consistent. What is not consistent is the service. As I write this I am waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 25 – 30 minutes. I called at 40 minutes and was told me that my pizza was done, but that the driver was out and that he would be back in about five minutes or so and then my pizza would be on its way in ten minutes or less. So basically my pizza will have at least sat around for 15 – 20 minutes before getting here. This is not the first time that we have been stuck waiting for our pizza and having to call back about it. I can excuse it one time, maybe twice, but since this seems to be the norm now instead a random mistake we will not be ordering again. It’s sad since we like the pizza, but habitual bad service is just bad business. Oh yeah, now it’s officially been an hour that I have been waiting…

Well it was good. Not great just good. You have to like flat bread or thin crust to enjoy it. It reminds me of a one night stand you have to try then never call them again. Try it. The cannolies were great. Fish n shrimp meah… nothing news worthy. Toppings were lacking and overpriced. Even with a coupon spent well over 50 on 1 pizza salad cannolies and fish n shrimps.

Make sure you come when you have plenty of time. When I arrived, I had to wait for 15 minutes, then got up and went to the register to order since no one was taking my order. I came here for the fish and chips, as did the couple next to me. They ordered their food — basic fish and chips — at 5:45 pm and it took ANHOUR in what is essentially a fast food restaurant. Mine took 45 minutes and when my fish and chips arrived there were 12 small fries. Literally the smallest portion of fries I have ever had in my 52 years on this planet. And these weren’t wedge cut fries, just basic, lukewarm fries. The fish was good. The beer was good. Service beyond awful, fries ridiculous.

Recently ordered pizza from Green Zone and they have certainly improved. I’m glad to see that they took some of the comments I and others made to heart. Frankly speaking, I usually make my own pizza. I worked in a family run pizzeria for several years in my younger days so have an idea how to make a good pie and can use the best ingredients possible. This time around, however, we just got back from a long road trip and needed to «order out». We went for a perfect pepperoni pizza with the addition of ham on organic white crust. 1.) Crust is worlds better. Thin, light and flaky. Very nice job 2.) Tomato sauce was much tastier. Not sure if it was the sauce itself or the combination of it with the pepperoni, but the combo definitely works. A little light on the sauce, but not a killer thanks to the flavor. 3.) Good amount of cheese as before. We also tried the chicken shawarma pizza several months ago. The first experience — we were in love. The second experience — not as good, simply not enough sauce. It is a tasty pizza when executed properly and we’ll try it again but ask for extra sauce next time. Overall, I’m happy to see the improvements and happy to increase my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Keep up the nice work Green Zone. My only suggestion is to add a bit more sauce to your pies. We’ll be back.

We went there for Sir Henry’s. Clam strips were excellent perch dinner was not so good, dry and tasteless, would not try the fried fish again. Salad was pretty good. I have had the pizza before and it’s pretty good also.

My earlier review seems to have been removed. Green Zone is over priced, the pizza is not up to standard pizza quality. Toppings are little. The crust is lacking flavor and good mouth feel. Better off making pizza on a saltine cracker. The addition of Sir Arthur Fish & Chips doesn’t cut it. Fish is little, over cooked and well over priced. Can do better at Long John Silver. Go to Village Grill. It’s a better bet.

This place blows so bad. Absurdly over priced pizza, that is a horrible rip off of Cottage Inn pizza, which is over priced and bland too. Do NOT give these jerks your money. I would say these people should Be ashamed of themselves, but I doubt it

Highly recommend the argula beet salad. It’s the best salad i’ve ever had. The pizza is also good when you’re feeling like fancy ingredients.

I want to like this place for it’s atmosphere/cool little shop vibe it has going on, but I just can’t. Service is absolutely horrible, and the food is just mediocre. I had the BBQ chicken pizza, which wasn’t bad, but the chicken had little flavor, wasn’t browned, and it lacked BBQ sauce. The shrimp pizza was about the same quality. Definitely nothing worth bragging about. Their crust/dough sucks. It tastes like a Chef Boyarde box pizza kit. I wasn’t impressed, to say the least. My Mom ordered a glass of wine, which never really came. She got it as we were about to leave, didn’t really want it at that point, but was still charged for it, so we sat there for a minute as she hastily drank it before we left. The«servers» act like any and all complaints are unjustified, and there are many. I won’t be back.
