FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I ve been using this place for a while just to print paperwork, some of the employees are nice and helpful but one day I needed to do some changes from a PDF to Word file documents and their computer woudnt allow it, $ 20 in time later I called the manager named Chuck to help me and he said some computers dont do it, then I mentioned Ive done in other locations many times, he said all the computers are different and asked me to send my documents to his computer (!!!).
Since I was already late for a meeting I asked him to wave some of the time charged on the computer station. He insisted that regardless of having their computers work to perform the request or not he coudnt revert the charges. I was pretty disappointed, I wasnt asking him to revert all the charges, just some of the $ 20 charged. I left the place being charged and didnt do what I went there to do which had to go on a different location.
Bad small business mentality, this manager will sink this place.

I’ve been going here for all of my shipping, copying, and printing needs for the last 10 years. The manager is/​was (don’t know if she’s still there) super helpful, informative, and hard working. The new «assistant manager» sucks, absolutely sucks. I have literally shipped thousands of dollars worth of shipments through this location, and I’m somewhat known here… But not to the new guy…
I brought in a huge box for shipping, it weighed 98 lbs. I know this because UPS took it no problem and they are now my shipping company without any shopping around. Thankfully there’s a UPS store not ¼ mile down the road from this crappy location that I will no longer return to. So, what happened? I lugged this thing in on a cart, and told him I needed a shipping quote. He came around the counter, looked at it, walked to the other side of it and looked at it again, and said «yea, this looks heavy, we can’t ship it.»
WHAT??? are you kidding me? I’ve shipped dozens of boxes that were heavier at this very location on prior occasions. I’ve had to help someone carry it for a bit, help «heft» my own boxes and whatnot, but together we always got it done and they were always willing to accommodate me. I’ve never heard of a weight restriction before, and what’s worse… HE DIDN’T EVEN PICK IT UP OR PUT IT ON THE SCALE. For all he knew it was a 35 LB big box… He was just too damn lazy to do his job, and I won’t go back as long as he works there.
