Service and order completion for me and others sitting around me were seriously lacking

Went here with my family on October 2 on the way to visit my son at Iowa State University. The person who took our order did not know the menu. The service was quick, though, and the food what you would expect. But, the entire restaurant was filthy. The ledge along the wall that we were sitting by had black grime all along it. The floors were horrible, and the women’s bathroom was quite dirty. I would not recommend this KFC/Taco Bell.

Okay, I’m not rating the food here. You know what the food is and you either like it or not. This rating is based SOLEY on the cleanliness of the facility. This place is NASTY, from the floors that have not been mopped in at least several days, to the crud covered windows and you don’t want to know what the bathrooms were like. Food and crud on nearly all the tables. If you have to eat here, go through the drive thru so you can pretend this place is clean.
