My husband and I are having a serious plumbing issue. He’s a superb handyman, but our problem was unique and we needed guidance. Jeff at Gatlin has been amazing. I’ve talked with him twice on the phone now and each time he has been more than helpful. He explains everything thoroughly, takes time to answer more in-​depth and has always listened to my gazillions of questions. Did I mention that he has done this for free? And without being pushy?
All in all, an excellent company-​especially Jeff. It’s hard to find someone knowledgeable who’s willing to go the extra mile. And that’s just what Jeff did. Thank you!
