My furnace stopped working when the temp was –15 degrees. After searching for someone close and hopefully reasonably priced I settled on Centsible Heating. I called at 8 am and was given a projected time of 9 – 11. At 11:20 I received a call saying he would be running late but that was not a big deal and I was appreciative of the heads up. He arrived at 12:30 and diagnosed the problem relatively quickly after running some tests. He left to get the part and returned shortly thereafter. He had my furnace up and running in 15 minutes and stayed an extra few minutes to make sure it was in working order. Ryan was courteous, knowledgable, quick and thorough. I definitely recommend Centsible Heating and I will refer back to them if I have any more problems or work in the future.
