UPDATE: Reluctantly, I stopped by the pharmacy to pick up a controlled OTC medication. I was pleasantly surprised by everyone in the pharmacy. I was greeted immediately with smiles by all. The tech was extremely helpful and the pharmacist went out of her way while on the phone to enter my info into the system so I could be on my way. The tech came back to ring me up, as the pharmacist again apologized for being on the phone. After my first post and review of this Rite Aid, I was contacted by a regional pharmacy director for Rite Aid. After playing phone tag a few times, the regional director let me know that he had personally visited this Rite Aid to review my concerns and conduct some customer service training with the staff. I am happy to say I definitely saw the results of those efforts today. I do applaud Rite Aid for addressing the concerns of just one voice. In doing so, I felt compelled to submit a second review/update.
