Mattress Firm Griffin

Would love to give this store a zero, but apparently can’t. Purchased a full mattress set on Sunday and wished to pick up from store. Was told the mattress would be delivered to the store on Tuesday. I instructed that I wouldn’t be able to pick up until the following Saturday but to call me if there was a problem. Went to pick up the mattress today, and congratulations the mattress wasn’t there nor did I receive a call from anyone. Person in store really couldn’t have cared less and couldn’t provide an explanation as to why it wasn’t there. When asked who was responsible for checking deliveries, her response was «I wasn’t here Tuesday» which was an answer to a question I didn’t ask. I asked again and the reply was «It is an automatic process and doesn’t have to be checked» to which I replied «How is that working for you so far?». I was also told that full mattresses are not an item they deal with a lot. That makes sense as it would be silly to have a full MATTRESS in a mattress store. As an apology, i was offered home delivery between 8 and 11 PM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT!!! Don’t bother with this store. It is a waste of time and money.
