Comfort Inn & Suites

I am in a hotel 10 months out of the year, due to business… THIS specific venue has to be one of the best at this level in a very very long time… Clean, neat, incredible beds, huge, VERY clean bathroom… great wifi. nice breakfast… and Susan at the front desk is great!!!
I will stay here anytime I am in town. THIS is great customer service
I forgot to mention Bre as well at the desk!!! Absolutely fabulous customer service… friendly, helpful… THESE two ladies are an asset to this establishment!!!

We had a decent stay, but they could stand to improve a few things.
Before we arrived I had tried calling the hotel around 11:30am to verify a late check-​in (which isn’t necessary). No one answered the phones. This is probably when people were checking out, but the call should at least be redirected instead of endless ringing.
When we first checked in, it was fast. The girl was a little unsure of the room layout so she had to look it up to indicate that it was, in fact, not adjoining. When we got to the room (312) there was an ozone machine running and the smell of cigarette smoke. Jennifer (front desk girl) said it was supposed to be non-​smoking, but based on apartment issues at the last place we lived, we know ozone machines destroy odors AND they are unhealthy to be around. The room should be vacated at least 24 hours AFTER the machine is done running. So, someone had been smoking in there when they shouldn’t have been.
Jennifer asked us to come back downstairs to swap the keys so we did to 421 which was a room right behind the elevator, but honestly, we didn’t hear elevator sounds in it. The room is spacious, clean, with a great bed and a nice set of pillows. The only downside is that the safe didn’t open. It has been locked from the previous guests. We requested they unlock it while we were leaving on Day 1 (out of 2 days) but we never checked if it was working, again, when we returned that night.
As for breakfast, I wasn’t impressed. I’ve had the similar selection at other hotel chains of this caliber, at a better quality. The eggs tasted a bit off and they weren’t warm. The fruit had a lot of brown spots on it. The yogurt selection was limited to kid’s yogurt. So, we ate, but this breakfast wasn’t good at all.
Besides that, not a bad stay, and checkout was rapid. I might stay again, but I’d consider other options.

Great stay. Brand new beds, free full breakfast with eggs waffles, all kind of juices, etc. very clean hotel. Rooms are large and have a flat screen with full cable package. I would definitely return
