waited 10 mins in drive thru 9pm at nite two chicken sands were very greasy soaked w oil, made me pee out of ass with ½ of eating, needs to improve on time and food prep

First time trying the Chicken Fries and I really had no idea what to expect! The friendly worker gave me choices of sauces, so I picked Zesty (the onion rings sauce) and Honey Mustard.
The Chicken Fries were pretty good and I did like the coating/​seasoning. You get 9 sticks for $ 3.29. The Zesty sauce is soooooo good, I think it has horseradish in it, very nice kick ;) I would say the Chicken Fries are more like a snack, but I didn’t get french fries or drink, which you can also order them in a combo meal.
My FAVORITE thing to order at BK is the Whopper Jr with cheese! I’ve been eating it since I was a kid and still love it because it’s the perfect small size!!! I really like how it’s made with ketchup, mayo, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and meat on a sesame seed bun. To me, it tastes exactly the same as it always does no matter what BK I visit.
I haven’t been inside this location in about 10 years or more and to my shock, it has been newly remodeled (probably a few years ago). Wow, the whole place looks GREAT, very nice layout of tables, chairs, floors, walls, cool fountain soda machine, modern and spacious! Plus the restaurant looks clean! Menu in both inside and Drive thru are great condition. I thought it was cool how every table had a BK paper crown hat, I remember those!
I got my food quickly and customer service was super! Overall a very pleasant experience. I am glad I tried the Chicken Fries ;)

I don’t care who is working, but the people have gotten my order very wrong EVERY TIME I go in there. My last encounter, I had to wait in the drive thru THREE TIMES IN A ROW just to get what I paid for. and even then, I got home and was STILL missing food! Glad to know I’ve thrown my money to the wind. Either the cashiers are stealing money and not giving people their food, or burger King in gridley is just getting hooked up with free cash. After SEVERAL identical incidents with them OVER THE YEARS, I will not be wasting my money again. If I were you, I would drive out of gridley for burger king. This place is a joke.

This is the slowest fast food on planet Earth. I’ve walked in and been the only person there and had them take 20 minutes for a burger and fries. I had to ask them if I was on a prank show because I couldn’t believe it. If you go to the drive-​thru make sure you have a full tank of gas because you will be there for a while. I wouldn’t go back here if you paid me.

Coming north on 99 through Gridley this is a goog BK to get in and out of.
