Walgreens

Absolutely zero customer service. Long wait. Rude pharmacy manager. Husband asked if it was possible to hurry along our wait of over an hour. Reply given was «Do you think you are more important than the 14 people ahead of you?» From the pharmacy manager. I happened to walk in as my 7 year old was desperate for the bathroom. My husband was furious and now I was. Shaming people for being ill and asking if it was possible to hurry along contagious flu customers was not an unreasonable or rude inquiry. The response was shocking and shaming. Shame on you Walgreens for not teaching your employees they can still say «no» while finding a way to say «yes». We called the doctors office and had our prescription sent to another pharmacy. Who was courteous and kind and quickly had the prescription filled. Folks, they are open 24 hours and that is how long you will need to get a prescription filled and if asking for another option, shaming and meanness is all you will get. No ounce of sympathy here or understanding that you were thinking of the other 14 people not getting the flu. Or getting ill in their bathroom.
We will not ever return to Walgreens. Sick person beware.

This is our main source for RX and refills. It has gotten better and the service faster after a new manager took over. The place isn’t too busy and their mobile App is handy for refilling and checking on the status of RX.
The store is clean and people generally helpful. The price is a bit on the high side, but not too expensive. I will be coming here again.

They are always very nice and very good customer service they get to know you and treat you like family, prices are great and if they know they have a deal on something they tell you. And if you have a problem they fix it right away

this 24 hour wallgreens has been our families’ pharmacy for over 10 years now. I love that we can go in, night or day. We’ve never had any trouble with them. When we have questions in the middle of the night, the staff is always nice & friendly — answering even health questions we have that might not pertain directly to the medication. They have honestly been a god-​send in the middle of panic attacks about health concerns. Thank you :) Especially to the late night staff, you guys rock ^^

Getting prescriptions here is a big hassle.
