Quality work! At least that’s what I’ve found, had Houston do my suspension lift on my tundra, hands down this is the best place to go, very organized and the guy knows what he’s talking about, I got 4 other quotes from different offroad shops and superior was the most reasonable, a couple of the other offroad shops I walked into just irritated me being there, Houston and his team at superior nailed it, very impressed! HIGHLY recommended.

This is my first experience with Superior Auto Body. My insurance company used them directly and that is why I chose them.
As a whole, the company seemed like they knew what they were doing, and when my vehicle was finished it came out looking great.
My biggest problem that I had with this company is the poor customer experience and lack of communication skills.
If I had been communicated with throughout the process, I would have given a much better review. But being that I work in customer service setting, I take pride in treating customers with professionalism and respect. And communication is a big part of that.
I hope they get better after reading this review.
