I was a renter at a property previously under the control of Kerr Properties and then taken over by Property Network. There was a world of difference under Property Network. The Kerr Properties company was probably one of the least technologically progressive companies I have ever dealt with. To the point that they barely understood the billpay system of my bank in paying the rent. Property Network on the other hand understood the updated methods we have of making payments. Anytime there was something at my residence that needed taking care of, all I had to do was make a call or send a quick email and someone got back to me on the same day to make arrangements to correct whatever it was. I do not distribute KUDOS when service is only ordinary. If I take the time to write a review, it is because the business deserves it.
