Pizza Factory

I live in Gresham and saw pizza factory so I told myself there is a new place to try, So on Sunday evening me and my girl decided to try it so we went there and when we walked in we noticed the décor was awesome and all the big screen TVs very easy to watch sports and well laid out booth seating and high tables just like a sports bar, So we waited in line and the gal took our order and she was very friendly and we ordered 2 salads bars and a medium veggie pizza with tomatoes on the side so apparently they cook them on the pizza and I didn’t think that was a good idea so I ask her to put them on the side, So it cost 30.00 witch i thought was high so I told myself must be good pizza for that money, So we started at the salad bar and I think it was just average salad bar nothing special they had some spinach leaves to put over iceberg lettuce and no romaine, So the pizza arrived in reasonable time when we were eating our salad and the young lady brought my tomatoes on the side also, So first thing I noticed it had ten pounds of black olives on the pizza and the rest of the vegetables were not proportionate to the to a veggie pizza and my first bite was just ok I was waiting for the flavors to pop out in my mouth but that didn’t happen instead massive amounts of tomato sauce filled my hands and a little hard to eat with all the topping sliding off to the side and the tomato slices were so thin you could floss your teeth with them, Too get some flavor on my pie I found my self dumping massive amounts of Chile peppers on each slice, I have had awesome pizza in my life time and I rate this pizza in the domino’s and pizza hut category cheaply made and cardboard taste with no flavor, So if you want bland pizza this is the place for you and me and my lady rate this establishment below average a two star and will not return.

Went this past Super Bowl Sunday! The lady who waited on us was super nice! They had large tvs around showing all the pre game footage. The tables were all cleaned off and our pizza got out pretty fast! Would totally recommend!

So I got to be honest. I given this place 3 tries and the 1^st try was 2 days before Christmas. I ordered 2 pizza subs that looked really well made from their website. When I showed up too pick my order up they told me they ran out of the supply for the italian sub. I told them I’d take the meatball one in place of the one I ordered. So they made it for me why I waited. When I got home the pizza dough on my meatball sandwich was completely burnt on the outside. 3weeks later I went back in with my family to try it again. I explained very nicely to the store manager what had happened with my online order. She didn’t offer too comp me for the messed up one or give a apology or anything. So I said lets order our food and try this place again. This time I ordered the Italian sandwich that I wanted the 1^st time and low and behold the meat and cheeze on the inside were cold (right outta deli case cold). My bro ordered the personal size pizza and it looked really well made but tasted along the same lines as a Domio’s grade pizza! I give everyone 3 tries and if I’m convinced that the quality of their product hasn’t improved then illq never return or recommend the business again!

I’d never heard of Pizza Factory prior to them opening this location. At the suggestion of a good friend, we decided to give them a try as opposed to hitting up Red Robin next door. Glad we did. Service was excellent, and the pizza was great. Calzone looked good even though I wasn’t the one who ordered it. Also, we got an order of the regular twisted breadsticks. To die for! Definitely going back.

I tried this place for the first time tonight, as I was looking to try something new with my husband on a lazy night. From the outside, the Edison lights make it seem cute and cozy.
When you walk in, the arrangement is a bit odd. When we made it to the register, we were not greeted despite the cashier standing there not having anything to do. We ordered a medium pizza, garlic bread with cheese, wings and a soda for me and beer for my hubs. Our total was almost $ 40.
The food started to come out quickly and here’s what I thought about each:
garlic bread — we both agreed it was delish. Very cheesy and that’s my style. I’d order it again.
wings — these were for my husband and he said they were good. The sauce is a «house sauce». He thought it was probably just Frank’s, but he liked the wings anyway and ate them all.
pizza — sorely disappointing, which is sad for a pizza place. We ordered the pesto, sundried tomato and garlic pizza and added sausage. The sauce was super garlic-​y and you couldn’t taste anything else. I think because the sausage had to be cooked longer, the sun dried tomatoes got burnt. Like were black on the top of the pizza burnt. The first bite was sad. The second bite with a hair in it was awful. :(I would not get this pizza again. I brought home seven pieces and don’t even know that I want to give it to my dog.
drinks — I ordered soda and they have one of those touch screen Coke machines so lots of flavor options. The soda machine was hard to find (it’s tucked around a corner and you can’t see it from the front of the restaurant.) My husband ordered a beer. They have seven taps with at least two local beers (Widmer and Breakside). The rest are national brands (Coors, etc.)
Overall, I might go back but had a lackluster first experience. The pizza was terrible, so I’d probably try something else (pasta, sandwich). The service was okay.

Finally some fantastic new pizza and fantastic lunch buffet in Gresham!
Sitting here having a great lunch buffet, glass of merlot and watching tennis, hockey sports and football highlights, on big high definition televisions all from one seat in the pizza factory. eating alone as I usually do for lunch I will definitely be back again !!, great place to bring the family… I need to find out if they deliver too #!!

I love Pizza Factory. I’ll been a fan of their Pizza and good food since 1986. Yes, you saw that correct…30 years. So I was excited to hear about this store opening in Gresham area. Not only is it gorgeous and inviting but this is most definitely the place to host a party too! Same great food, Nice owners and manager but they have some cool things I have never seen until now. Twisted cinnastix… yum! Cheesy twisted stix… yum yum and they have growlers too for the nice beer selection. I could go on and on about my Pizza but just know that Pizza Factory’s Pizza everywhere ROCKS! Had some friends from the Bend area visit us and we went there twice in two days for dinner. Everyone loved it and we are all Pizza Factory in Southern Cali fans too!

We’ve been there a couple of times so far. The first time I thought it was pretty good, but the toppings didn’t seem cooked. The second time it was practically burnt on the bottom but the dough wasn’t cooked at all on the top and the toppings didn’t look cooked at all… unfortunately we ordered that one to go and didn’t notice until we dug in at home (eating raw dough is gross). I noticed it was overcooked on the bottom the first time, but at least the crust was cooked through… it was gross enough the second time to not make me want to waste money on trying it again. Hopefully they fix whatever is going on in their oven.

This was my first time to Pizza Factory. Pizza was good. Salad bar was OK however hard to use with the set up. The thing that will keep me from ever going was having to pay for water — either bottled or flavored from the fountain. I asked about a cup of ice and water from the faucet and was told I could use the restroom faucet (which was the only one).

This pizza place is the worst I’ve ever been to. Boyfriend and I thought we would try it out, the service was horrible. I ordered two appetizers and the employee was very rude and said, «you’re seriously ordering both?» RUDE. Then after that we were waiting on pizza for what seemed for forever, and it was not busy at all. The staff were on their phones texting and playing games, and two of them were giggling and flirting around when I was trying to order I had to finally almost yell to get their attention. I won’t be going back.

We’ve eaten here 3 times now and have yet to have an order completed correctly. The first 2 times we went they forgot our marinara sauce with our cheese sticks, minor, maybe but certainly a bit annoying. Plus the first time we went I got one of their in-​house «specialty» pizzas and it might as well have been an olive pizza there were so many olives. The second time we went they forgot to put mushrooms on my girlfriends «build your own» pizza. Then tonight when we ordered our cheese sticks we asked for marinara and ranch (as we always have, with limited success) and this time they forgot our ranch. This even after I paid special attention to make sure they heard us order both ranch and marinara.
The first time they messed up I could almost understand since they’d been open less than a week, but they are now 0 for 3 and they’ve been open for quite awhile now. It’s too bad since their pizza is actually pretty good, but sadly this kind of service does not need to be rewarded with any future visits.

So my family arrived at around 4:30 last night (Thursday)
We proceeded to place an order for 70 dollars worth of food (2 pizzas, one vegetarian, one meat combo and two salads) this was a celebration dinner and thought the new pizza place would be a good spot. We placed our order and as my family doesn’t really drink soda we asked for a couple of cups water to which the server replied, I’m sorry we cannot give you water but you can buy bottled of water for two dollars a bottle. We abruptly cancelled or order due to this absurd rule and went else where to dine. I wish I was able to review the food but I didn’t get that far due to this.

If your going to have pizza in Gresham, this is the place to go. Nice people, clean place lots of sports to watch and most of all… Really good pizza for a factory great crust, good sauce, nice flavor on most the toppings. This will be our local go to spot for pizza for now. 2^nd time here was a total different story

First time visiting this place. Pizza was great, atmosphere was a lot better than any other pizza place. The wait was extremely fast, waited for a medium pizza for 5 minutes. The only negative thing is that the tables were not all clean. Would visit again.

This place is awesome the pizza is amazing they had football playing on the tv and the people are very nice and friendly there. the price is no more than $ 25 for the largest pizza they have. Very reasonable. Great time definitely going to be my new pizza place.

The pizza was okay and the atmosphere is nice, but the lady at the register was a real salad bar nazi. I shared a salad with my boyfriend and she got on my case about it saying we couldn’t go back for more salad and rolled her eyes when I asked for a container for ranch.

Normal prices for a pizza place. Service was good, it’s a counter type restaurant where you order your food and receive a number. All staff was friendly. Pizza was good, cooked perfectly and came out hot. Enjoyed it and will come back next time I’m in the mood for pizza.

Why in the world would you ever name a restaurant with the word factory? Why not just write Corporate and Proud of it and be done with it.
Anyway, it’s brand new, close by, and delivers. It was one of those days where I did not want to drive and did not want to cook. I was able to place the order online which was easy and convenient. Yea, pretty lazy day.
Most of the ingredients are typical and lack imagination but I saw cashews (counting stars now) and I just had to have them on my pizza. I also wanted basil and some veggies. I got a call almost immediately from them letting me know that they were out of basil and did I still want my pizza. Star for that indeed.
My pizza was delivered quickly and hot and that indeed is another star.
I don’t know why but I expected the cashews to be not whole but cashew pieces. They also put them in the oven at same time as the pizza so they were charred but warm and yet still tasted not burnt. They were a nice addition to a pretty «basic» pizza. Ingredients were «fresh» but lacked any kind of pizazz but that’s what you get when you order from a pizza factory I guess.

These people are really nice. Their website said they closed at 10. We got there a little after 9 and it turns out they closed at 9. They still made us as pizza and didn’t make us feel like a bother at all. The pizza was much better than last time as well. I will eat here again, just maybe still avoid delivery. We picked up the pizza this time.
I have been here twice. I went the first time to their soft opening, on accident as we didn’t realize they weren’t actually open. We were warned that the pizza would be a little slow coming which was fine. The pizza was amazing that night. The crust was a perfect thickness, chewy but still crispy on the bottom. We got the all meat and loved it.
Since that first night I have wanted to get their pizza again now that they’re officially open. We got a pizza (half pepperoni/​half cheese) and bread sticks tonight. I was so disappointed. We had it delivered and when it got here (after an hour when we were told 30 mins) everything was cold. The bread sticks were just baked dough, no Parmesan or garlic at all so very bland. The pizza was greasy and with it being cold the cheese had congealed.
I may try them again in search of that first great pizza but I will definitely eat there and will not have it delivered.
