Great doctors but the front office staff is absolutely terrible! If I weren’t so pleased with our pediatrician I would switch in a heartbeat. The staff doesn’t greet you with a smile like they are happy to see you the stare at you through closed glass like your invisible. Then when they finally decided to help you its not with a smile or a kind grin. It’s like you’re bugging them. I work in the medical field and this would not be tolerated.
