This Place Is Wonderful. Yes of course has the old time feel and smell but the selections are unlimited and the service is GREAT! The employees are always helpful and full of knowledge. If they don’t have what I’m looking for they will try their hardest to help find it. They have 3 different locations they can barrow movies from. I went in there looking for one thing and came out with several different things, classics I never thought I would see again. I will definitely be returning!!! Special thanks to Justin for keeping video stores alive!!!

So it’s 2016 and pretty much no one ever rent videos. However we would like to watch the toy story series. It’s not available on Redbox, and it’s 399 each on Comcast so we decide let’s go to Just in video and open an account. Sometimes you just want to watch an old school flick and this seemed like a good option especially since it’s a local business.
Beware when you try to get a card to rent from there you have to jump through a bazillion hoops. My boyfriends checkbook has his old address on it and apparently his drivers license is «faded «. He attempted to provide multiple other documents that verify his address including his business license from the city of Gresham. None of these documents were good enough to rent a movie. I find it interesting because we were able to open an account in Seaside last weekend and we don’t even live in Seaside.
I guess Comcast will get 399 for each of the movies and Just in video will get squat!

Decent selection of older movies you can’t get on Netflix, but the store was unclean with a funky smell. didn’t really feel like giving my info to set up an account. Ill drive to Blockbuster.

I had been searching off and on for about a month trying to find a specific movie. Thank you to Just In Video for finally having it! The staff was friendly and helpful. Without a doubt I will be returning here.

As far as privately owned video rental establishments go this one could use some serious improvements.
1. Their game selections on newer consoles is embarrassing. They had no new games for the PS3 and only one new game for the XBOX 360. Most games were 1 – 5 years old.
2. Their store smells and gives you a creepy dirty feeling like your skin is crawling.
3. The staff are not as polite as a chain video store would be.
4. Their prices are the same as Blockbuster but with a shorter checkout time.
Its unfortunate in this time where video stores are dropping like flies that this establishment didn’t pick up the reigns and show Gresham what they are truly made of.
