Gresham Pediatric Dentistry

I would not make an appointment with Dr. Frick. He handled my son roughly during his appointment a number of years ago. I let Dr. Frick know that I was concerned about the pain my son felt during the appointment and Dr. Frick’s lack of response to my son’s reports of pain. I was amazed that a pediatric dentist would not make more of an effort with children.
I was then surprised by the way my account was handled. I don’t know if it was in response to the fact that I voiced my concerns but I received a bill within a few days of my son’s appointment. I put it in the bill pile until I could pay it a couple of weeks later. I received a notice from small claims court before I even opened the bill. When I opened the bill I found the due date was 10 days after the sending of the invoice and I had missed it by a few days. I called the office but they said they could not return it from small claims court. I decided that it was best to put this dentist out of my life so I paid the bill and the small claims court fee quickly so I would no longer have to deal with Dr. Frick in any way. Granted, this was a number of years ago and Dr. Frick may be doing very little in the office these days but I am still amazed by the professional and business practices I encountered.

Completely unacceptable. 1 star is still too many as far as we are concerned. We took our kids there over a year ago. They did some x-​rays and informed us that our daughter needed to have 2 teeth pulled in order for her adult teeth to have room. They informed us that they would sedate her and that she would be strapped to a board and we would not be allowed in the room. This raised some flags for us. Even our pediatrician was surprised by this. We never went back. Our daughters adult teeth grew in fine without having others pulled. Over a year later we receive a bill. We call to ask what the bill is for and we never get a returned call. We make several more phone calls without success and yet we continue to receive this bill over and over again with no explanation of what it is that we are being asked to pay for.

Friendly staff, clean office. My daughters got a free toothbrush and toothpaste which they loved. The staff are patient and nice.

My daughter is in getting 4 baby teeth cap for the first time.
