To everyone out there I am writing this review to let you know what type of Company you are dealing with. I was first quoted 1200.00 dollars to replace and put a PTAC unit in my rental property. They took four bolts off and I helped slide the unit in, oh he did vacuum. He put four bolts back on and plugged it in. He then proceeded to charge me 1443.00 bucks. I was very curious about the change in quotes so I called the Amana Corporation. This unit cost 800.00 dollars. So it seems I got charged 643.00 dollars for 10 minutes work. I don’t mind paying a good wage to people who work for me and I must admit it was my stupidity to not research the issue better, but this is why I will never higher off the internet. Dishonest People!

Met with Tyson, and he was great. I needed to do a pretty big job of a full system and ducting replacement. Tyson carefully weighed what I was asking for and what he was looking at, and helped to create a great plan for my house that came in at a very competitive price. Even after the initial bid, if I had questions he was more than helpful in answering questions, helping find a few alternatives, and providing more information and contrasting scenarios. He even went out of his way to do a few load calculations and pricing scenarios between different systems to help me have all the info I would need to choose the right system.
Really appreciate the helpful service oriented at not just the normal job, but one that matched my needs.

I rate this company the worst ever!!!
Came to my home for several months telling me they could not find the leak in my heat pump and charging me to the grand total over $ 1800.00.
Brian, the technician, said teens were huffing it. I put in security cameras. Small claims court is in progress. If you are an elder female do NOT deal with them.

Came early which was great! Very nice and informative on my thermostat, but when I was quotes $ 89 for them to plug in wires you can imagine my suppose when it was $ 149! They were here 20min and 10min was him imputing information to charge me.
Don’t plan on using them again.
